Remus Lupin knocked on the door. 'Come in.' A voice said softly. Remus entered the room. 'Remus.' 'Tonks..' 'Why are you here?' 'I wanted to talk to you.' 'And why is that? Because I think you've said everything.' Nymphadora said, angry. 'You know Remus, I don't have anything to say to you. You should leave. I have to go by tomorrow.' She said. 'Please Nymph- Tonks.' Tonks didn't say anything. 'Will you look after the kids?' 'What kind of woman do you think I am? Ofcourse I will. And if that's the only reason why you're standing in my living room, leave please.' 'I don't want to fight Tonks. We were friends.' 'Yes, we were but you keep pushing me away. I love you, don't you understand?' Tonks said. 'I know but-' 'There is not but! You love me or you don't, but you're being ridiculous right now!' 'You should go now.' She said and she opened the door. 'Tonks...' 'I said go.' Remus sighed. 'I'm sorry.'

Two years ago...
Tonks looked at Remus. 'He's still handsome, isn't he? Even after Azkaban?' She said about Sirius Black. Remus sighed. 'I suppose you've fallen for him? He always got the women.' Tonks looked him in the eye, she was angry. 'You'd know perfectly well who I've fallen for, if you weren't too buisy feeling sorry for yourself to notice!' She said.

'Have you spoken to Remus lately?' An Auror asked Tonks. 'No I haven't.' She said quickly. 'I thought you two were good friends?' 'Well you thought wrong.' 'Are you really okay? You don't seem okay.' He said. 'I am. I'll go check the train, I didn't see Harry.' She said. 'But the train is leaving in five minutes!' 'I don't care. I need to know if Harry is save.' She said and the entered the train. The curtains of one coupé were closed so Tonks opened the door. 'Hello Harry.' She said softly when she found him, laying on the ground under his Invisibility Cloak. Harry looked surprised when he saw the young brown-haired witch. She didn't smile and she had this very serious look on her face. 'We have to hurry, the train is leaving.' She said. 'Shall I do something about your nose?' She asked him when they were standing on the Platform in Hogsmeade. 'Well...' 'It's going to be fine!' She said. She waved with her wand. 'Thanks.' Harry said, a little bit awkward. 'Expecto Patronum.' Tonks said, and there it was, a giant wolf. Her Patronus changed into a wolf. 'Was that a Patronus?' Harry asked. 'Yes, I'll let them know that you're with me.' She said. 'Who did this to you?' She asked while they were walking. 'Draco Malfoy.' Harry sighed. He looked at Tonks. He wanted to say something to her, that it wasn't her fault that Sirius died. But he didn't say anything. Tonks was thinking. When was the last time she was happy? They were standing in front of the big castle. Harry grabbed his wand. 'Alohomora.' He tried. 'That doesn't work here.' Tonks said. 'I'll climb.' Harry said. 'Forget it.' Tonks said. 'There's someone coming. Look.' She said. It was Severus Snape. 'Well well.' He said. 'You don't have to wait, Nymphadora. Potter is here with me now.' He said. 'I sent my message to Hagrid.' Tonks said, a little bit annoyed. 'Hagrid was late, just like Potter. It was very interesting to see your new Patronus. But I prefer your old one, this one looks a little bit weak.' Tonks looked at Snape, she was furious. But she didn't say anything. 'Thank you for.. Everything.' Harry said. 'See you later Harry.' Tonks said, before she walked away. She was pissed. How could Severus Snape do that to her. His hate for Remus had nothing to do with her. She sighed. She wanted to break something, but at the same time, she wanted to cry. She felt so unhappy. She had been in love once before. But her feelings weren't as strong as now. She walked into The Three Broomsticks and ordered one Butterbeer. 'You look different Tonks, did you do something with your hair?' 'Yes.' Tonks answered. 'How was it to see the children today? Do you miss Hogwarts?' 'Not at all. Only some people still treat me like a child.' 'Well you're still very young. But you're definitely not a child anymore.' 'Thanks. I should get some sleep.' Tonks said. 'You can sleep upstairs. You worry too much. Have some rest.' Madam Rosmerta said. 'Thank you very much.' Tonks paid for her Butterbeer and walked upstairs to have some sleep. The room was small but it was nice. Tonks was laying on the bed stared at the ceiling. After a while she was finally sleeping.
