"Victoria sit up!" Mother shrieked.
"Yes mother." I replied, feeling embarrassed.
I slouched back down and stared across the table. Nothing but bland faces, no smiles, all sitting bolt upright. A delicious smell filled the room and I closed my and enjoyed myself. For once, I was relaxed, until.....
" Victoria!" Mother whispered in my ear shrilly.
I rolled my eyes and sat upright.
"Victoria?" Mother calmly mumbled,"Don't forget to smile."
I smiled a fake smile and sat with my legs crossed, wearing a teeming amount of makeup. In my opinion, I looked like a clown, but I was Victoria Anne-grey, had royal blood, so it was all part of the package. Meals were quickly making their way out to the dining hall: turkey, pork, beef and loads of fruit and veg!

A few minutes passed and we had started eating, the next thing I knew, everyone was staring at me, why?
My mother gave me her worst look and I knew that I must be in trouble. Giggling nervously, I excused myself to 'powder my nose' (go to the loo).

The room was bright pink, and there were pictures of my family postered all over the wall, in fancy borders. In front of me was a large vanity, with a grand mirror in front of me. Getting closer to the mirror, I saw cranberry sauce around my mouth and my hands were sticky with honey. I realised that I needed my makeup to cover the parts I had washed off with soapy water.

My room was on the corner, to the left, so I removed my high heels and held them in my hands and sprinted through the halls, slipping and sliding with my tights on. It was actually quite fun. But obviously for a princess, there is no such thing as fun! Halfway to my room, I came across Bernice, my maid. " You should be in the dinner hall, shouldn't ya!"she called in her shrill, annoying voice,"wouldn't want your mother to see you running through the castle like a hooligan, without shoes." I knew that look, she was going to report me to 'the royal highness' as she calls it....what a kiss up! Ignoring her, I carried on, finally reaching my room! I opened the door slowly, trying not to make it creak. On the other side of the door, I saw a porcelain figure, glaring at me,with beady eyes and a dead looking face. "You embarrassed me."
She said,"and your father. I'm extremely disappointed in you, so you are not to leave your room until you are told otherwise."
I nodded, looking down at my bare feet, feeling disappointed in myself.

Once she left the room, it only took 10 minutes until dinner was brought to me, by Bernice. She looked at me, with a hideous face and said,"you should be ashamed of yourself young lady," then she left the room hurriedly. My dinner was horrid! Leftover potato, meat and vegetables, ugh! As I stab the piece of meat, it splits in half. HOW COULD THWY GIVE ME RARE, WHEN I LIKE MY MEAT MEDIUM RARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
