Ayapaneco is one of the 68 native languages of Mexico and is also one of the few languages there that are on the verge of extinction. It depends on only 2 people, Manuel Segovia and Isidro Velazquez, the last fluent speakers of the language. They live just 500m away from each other in Ayapa, Mexico, but refuse to talk to each other and nobody knows the exact reason. Above is a picture of them (A/N: idk who's who, I'm sry-).
