Congratulations, I know its a joke.To be fair this is one of your better pranks.You should probably tell Leta and Tina that I "knocked" you up.I would probably get killed but hey I know its a joke.FYI you should probably tell your girlfriend I said hi, what's her name, Dodie?

Y/N's POV

Let me clear some things up.I am pregnant with Newt's child and he won't accept that fact.I am the younger sister of Leta Lestrange and at Hogwarts, since I was two years younger I was known as the prankster of the family.My mum died at once I was born and Dad tried to make everything better.I started pulling pranks on everyone to feel happy and it worked, well not this time.I also HAD a girlfriend.

FOUR MONTHS LATER

3 POV

Today was the first ultrasound.Y/N was quite scared, her mind buzzing with questions and wondering why Newt just suddenly left.No warning at all just gone.Poof.

Y/N's POV 

 I walk into the hospital and feel a wave of medical smelling air.The hospital wing at Hogwarts always smelled like any hospital that you've ever smelled.I sign in and wait patiently to learn only a few things about my child, That did I mention again I am bearing ALONE.

TWO HOURS LATER

So guess what wonderful news I had learned today.So I have this condition called Thyroid Disease and to be fair I had put it behind me ever since I  learned I had it.But now I learned that now I have a higher risk for a miscarriage.

TWO YEARS LATER

So Newt has made no contact with me in the Two bloody years I have had to raise a child.Okay, scratch that, No one in the world except the hospital staff knows I have a child.I named him Esso, Becuase to me he was the symbol of being bitter and still short and addictive to look at.We both walked it to a wizard  book shop to grab a few new things to read.I read to Esso since I first learned that I was pregnant.

-Esso Lestrange-Scamander come here now.-

I called out to my son who was ready to shove a book into his mouth.The book he was about to shove in his mouth was a new release The 500 Hats, by author Dr.Seuss

-Excuse me miss, um could I talk to you?-A female voice said holding a book concerning breeding animals.

-Why, Of course.-

I walked over to where the lady was standing and sat down at a small table meant for reading.

 -So miss, what would you like to talk about?-I asked trying to be very polite but still a little concerned about why someone would like to talk to me.

-You probably don't know me but I have a question, Why did you address your son with the surname Lestrange-Scamander?-I had a little mental breakdown as in why would this lovely lady care about my son's surname.

-I am the mother of Newt Scamander, and you are a Lestrange.-

- Oh, I am Y/N Lestrange and about 2 years back I had a child with Newt.He played it off as a joke, me being pregnant, he played that off as a  joke.So I had raised Esso by myself no one except the hospital staff know I have a child since Newt left me.-

-Y/N I have some news for you.-

Mrs.Scamander pulled out a letter and by the end of my speech, she is crying.

-Hold on one more thing before you read this.Here, buy all the books you want and meet me over in the shoppe by the studio at noon, don't read the letter till we meet again at noon.-Mrs.Scamander chokes out in an orderly fashion and she stops to buy all of her books on breeding animals.

I stuff all of the notes in my enchanted baby bag and set off to buy a few books.I buy the book that Esso just about stuffed in his mouth and got a few book on animals from Ilvermorny here in Boston.I glance at the clock and look at the time.Only 11:45.To be fair I feel quite sick from wondering what happened to everyone I loved.

Jodie had once made me a blue ukulele right before I left for Hogwarts and then I got word that my "muggle" girlfriend slipped into a shaky depression and that was the last of communication.I tried to talk to her in letter form but she only responded once, the letter had everything to do Jodie's depression and how this was the last of info for a bit.

I walked into the No Doze Cafe and sat down at a small table in the back of the shoppe.Mrs.Scamander walked in eyes watering up the moment she saw Esso.

-Could I hold my Grandson?-

-Why of course.-I hand Mrs.Scamander my child and see her break down everything that happened.The look in her eyes was a mix of pride sadness and something else I couldn't desribe.

-My name is Maggs By the way Maggs Flanigain Scamander.Named after my mother's adoptive Grandmother.Esso is very cute.I can order if you like.-

I told Mrs.Scamander my order and a few minutes later I learned everything.
