1 year after Emma's death
Dear Journal
I've been really busy with duties. Trying to get everything back to normal. It was almost back to normal until today.
Today marks one year since my mother's death. I held a memorial for her and the whole kingdom showed except for my father.
I told him about it, but he's so deep in depression I don't think he can hear anything anymore.
Everyone is surprised that he has lasted this long but I'm not.
I can see the pain in his eyes. I know he's torturing himself because he still thinks it's his fault. I don't know how to help him.
