If I Die Young

Aliah packed the last of her things and walked down to the kitchen. "Morning," she said to her father. Snape nodded his head from behind the newspaper. He had healed almost to full health since his late night return a week ago.

Aliah was going to leave for the Burrows since her father was going to meet Narcissa Malfoy in the morning. Aliah would have stayed but Snape suspected that her sister would be accompanying her. Aliah had no choice, she had to leave before they came. Aliah sat down and ate the food in front her. Her favourite breakfast food, waffles.

"When will you be returning?" Snape put down his paper

"On Friday late afternoon I suspect," Aliah wanted to stay at the Burrow longer but three days would be enough and then on Saturday they had to leave for Hogwarts early. Aliah told Draco not to come visiting her bedroom until Friday night, since she wouldn't be there.

Aliah ate the last of her food and kissed her father a good-bye.

She grabbed her bag and went to the fireplace. She grabbed the floo powder and stepped into the fire, "The Burrow!"

Aliah stumbled out of the fireplace and stood in the Weasley's lounge room. "Aliah is that you dear? We are in the kitchen," Aliah heard Molly Wealsey. Aliah dropped her bag and walked around the wall into the dining area.
The Weasley family were at the table eating their breakfast, "sit and eat something," Mrs Weasley said. Aliah sat next to Fred who gave her nudge. "Thank you for having me," Aliah said pouring herself a glass of pumpkin juice.

"No problem dear, you all good ready for Hogwarts?"

"I believe that my father will buy my things soon enough,"

"Are we going to sit with Ginny this time Snapey?" George laughed

"Or you going to sit with lover boy again?" Fred winked. Aliah whacked him behind the head. George laughed and Aliah turned her eyes black and gave him a death stare mouthing 'your next' to him. He immediently stopped laughing.

"I'm actually going to Hogwarts with Snape on Saturday before everyone comes. I have to do a test with Dumbledore to see what year is best suited for me since last year I did first and second joined,"

"That is a lot of work for someone," Mrs Weasley said

"You saw from the last meeting what she is capable of Molly, I believe that Aliah is more powerful than she is letting on," Arthur eyed Aliah.

"What did you mean last meeting? You mean the Order?" Ginny asked

"Wait? Little Snape is allowed to join but we aren't?" George said angrily

"We are of age!" Fred joined in

"You all better be quiet!" Mrs Weasley scowled, "Aliah is Professor Snape's daughter, it is his choice,"

No one argued. Everyone knew not to disagree with Molly Weasley when her mind is made up and it involved her family.

Aliah helped clear the table even though she didn't eat anything. When Mrs Weasley shooed her away, the twins and Ginny decided to play some music like they had earlier in the year.
They went outside and transfigured old gardening tools into two guitars, a drum kit and a keyboard. Aliah and George picked up the guitars, Ginny stood behind the keyboard and Fred was at the drum kit.

"You know we should really start a band, with Draco obviously that git knows how to work his fingers," George said and Fred burst out laughing

"What are you laughing at?" George asked. Ginny and Aliah looked at each other with Aliah slowly going red.

"Oh...OH! Oh Merlin I didn't mean it like that NO!" George hit his forehead. They played different songs until the sun had set behind the hill side.
