2 Years Later...
A lot has happened to me over these 2 years. Matty and I are still happily married. Although, a couple of months ago Matty recieved that stated he is soon going to be deployed to Iraq, which is terrifying to think about but I think I'll be all right.
Sadly, just last month, Camila was killed in a car crash. Fortunately, the police found drunk faggot that killed her and he is now behind bars. I still tear up a bit when I think of her. She was my only friend in the whole world, before Matty that is. She was the closest thing to family that I ever came to know, and now she's gone...
Speaking of family, the police never found the corpses of my parents. I still go to visit them sometimes. When I'm sick I'll drive over to my old house and spit on the ground they're buried under.
I guess life has been better than before. Matty and I bought a condo in Des Moines and got as far away from that hell hole of a town called Dubuque as possible. Before Matty recieved his deploytion letter, we purchased the newest member of our family, our dog, Masey Camila Waters. She is a beagle, and the 2nd best soul on this planet.
