First I would make a new book to store all of the kennel's information. You don't have to make a joint account like I did. I would title the kennel book the name of your pretend kennel, which leads me to these steps...
1. Come up with a Kennel name (Get creative! It can end in kennel, ranch, place, palace, etc...whatever suits your fancy!)
2. Make an Introduction Page
-explain how this was DogsOfGoldenHill's idea!
-it is an interactive book where you can breed dogs, give out adopts, and trade dogs with other kennels!
-you may want to put this book in your introduction page to allow other users to figure out how to use this kennel game
-add any extra information if you wish
3. Put Up Your First Dog!
-look at our other chapter to figure out how to set this up
-each dog gets a page like this
-DO NOT include any puppies for your first dogs page; our other chapter will tell you why
4. Put Up Your Second Dog! (Must be of the same breed. For an example, say you will breed GSD's. If you already put up a male GSD, put up a female. *Note these dogs will be the first dogs you will breed together)
-make sure to put in their forums that these are your starter dogs, and you can not trade or sell your starter dogs
5. OPTIONAL (for more fun) Write About Your Dogs!
-draw art of your dogs
-draw your dogs with their litter
-draw dogs doing different competitions and such
-write about them
6. Make Litters!
-make sure to only make another litter when all puppies from the previous one has been sold
-only breed females/bitches 3-4 times
-only add the amount of puppies that the dog breed can have
So those are the basics! To make the book fun, I'd add lots of chapters for things like #5. Drawings, writings of your dogs...Make sure to log down everything that happened. For example, if you bred your GSD female with another kennel's male GSD, make a chapter to announce you are breeding with another kennel! Make cartoon characters and o.c.'s with these dogs. Be creative and fun! Role play with these dogs with other kennels dogs! The possibilities to use these dogs are endless :)
