Sirens were howling and people were watching their TVs in horror.

"This is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill." The man on the news spoke over and over again.

"All illegal actions, including murder, will be allowed for 24 hours. Begging tomorrow at midnight."

People began panicking and pack their stuff immediately, trying to get away from the city. Some of them managed to do so, some of them didn't. City was quickly put under complete lockdown, without a chance to escape.

Like lab rats, citizens were put under cruel experiment. It was complete terror leaving to choices for the people - hide or grab on to a gun.

Police and military were cruising the city back and forth. Trying to maintain some kind of sanity, but it only brought anger to the regular citizens. Government just wanted to make sure that no one took illegal actions before midnight, but there were sure some mishappens.

City centre was most probably the most peaceful place at that moment. Most people fled to the more distant districts, fearing of all the people they had done wrong to.

If they could turn back time, they would've done so much different, wouldn't they?
