A/N
So in the previous chapter(s) I wrote something that I regret because I am being lazy and don't want to type it up. Oh well. I just won't go into details about that... Also this chapter is horrible since I haven't written in a while... Anyway hope you enjoy.
*Sorry if there are errors, I just wanted to give you guys something and I will edit it later.

"I love you," Kurt said as they were burying Elliott. The funeral went as well as a funeral could. Kurt couldn't stop thinking about what Sebastian told him and couldn't help but think, "What if?"
"Come on let's go home," Anne said snapping Kurt out of his thoughts. He just nodded before reaching for Blaine's hand and walking back to the car. Kurt had his head on Blaine's shoulder while Blaine played with Kurt's fingers. They stayed like that for the rest of the car ride.
They got back to the Hummels' house and Kurt when directly to his bed. He took his tie off and threw it. Blaine caught it and set it down on the dresser.
"Blaine come lay with me," Kurt mumbled, patting the bed next to him. Blaine untucked his shirt and took his bow tie off before laying next to Kurt. Kurt curled up next to him and they laid like that for hours until Kurt sat up.
"Blaine," Kurt started. What he was about to do absolute killed him, but he needed to. "I can't do this anymore. After what Sebastian said, I don't think I could be in a relationship right now."
Blaine couldn't believe it. "You don't know if that's what killed Elliott, Kurt." He was angry and was on the verge of crying, but knew he couldn't.
"Yes I do Blaine! You don't know Sebastian like I do," Kurt felt a tear run down his cheek.
"Kurt, please," Blaine whispered. He went to kiss Kurt one last time, but Kurt only kissed back half-heartily.
"I'm sorry Blaine," Kurt whispered. "It's what is best for me right now. Maybe we could get back together later or something, but I just can't right now."
Blaine got up and went to the guest room. He packed his things and walked downstairs.
"Blaine, where are you going? I thought you were staying a few more days?" Anne asked, worriedly.
"Uh," Blaine didn't know what he should say. Sure it was easy to explain what just happened, but he couldn't bring himself to repeat it. Luckily, but not really, Kurt came down the stairs.
"I broke up with him, Mom," Kurt said as if it was no big deal. Anne gasped. Blaine was hurt. If Kurt could just say that, in that way so quickly, what if he would move on? What if he finds someone else?
"But, Kurt! You two are soul-" Anne started.
"No, Mom, just stop. This was my relationship and my idea," Kurt said, walking back to his room.
Blaine said goodbye to the Hummels before leaving. He took a taxi to the airport and waited until the next flight to New York City. He boarded the plane and once they took off, he lost it. What if he was going to lose Kurt forever? He knew Kurt just needed sometime, but still. The woman in the seat next to Blaine was looking at him worriedly.
"Are you alright?" She asked.
Blaine wiped his eyes. "Yeah, just relationship problems."
"I hate those," She said. "If you would like to talk about it once you calm down, I'm here. My name is Wendy."
"Alright, thanks. I'm Blaine," Blaine replied. He calmed down after an hour and realized that maybe it would be best to talk to someone.
"My boyfriend, Kurt, his brother was murdered," Blaine went on to tell her the story leading up to that moment. "I know it's just because of what the evil bastard said, but it still hurts."
"I bet it would," Wendy said sincerely. "I'm sorry. I hope you guys can get back together soon. But on the bright side, at least you don't work together."
"Why do you say that?" Blaine asked confused.
"My girlfriend and I work together and when we were going through something similar, it was hell," Wendy answered. "But I guess that did kind of help because all of our co-workers were tired of us fighting. You know what they did? They locked us in a supply closet until we worked it out."
Blaine laughed. The two went on to talk about their jobs and other random things. Around 7 o clock, the plane landed at JFK Airport.
"It was nice talking to you," Wendy said.
"Yeah, you too," Blaine said. He got his bag and took a taxi to his apartment. Blaine went to bed as soon as he stepped through the door.
It had been two days since Blaine went back to New York and Kurt just sulked around and didn't do anything. He didn't even leave his bed.
"Kurt," Anne started, walking into his room. "Get up. We are going shopping."
"Why?" Kurt groaned.
"Because you need to cheer up and I know the effect shopping has on you," Anne said pulling the converter off of Kurt. Kurt thought about it and got up. Anne gave him 20 minutes to get ready.
Anne and Kurt left to go to the mall and Anne told him that she would buy somethings for him of the total stayed below $100.
"Kurt, I'm also taking you shopping because we need to talk," Anne said. Kurt didn't like the sound of this. "Don't listen to what Sebastian said. He just wanted you and Blaine to break up and that's exactly what he got."
"Mom," Kurt mumbled.
"No, Kurt," Anne continued. "While Blaine surprised you, I never saw you that happy. Don't push him away anymore, Kurt. He just wanted to be there for you and he pushed him away. I seriously believe you two are meant to be."
"I know," Kurt started. "I just couldn't handle loosing Elliott and hearing what Sebastian said, just made everything worse. Blaine comforted me when I needed him, but I knew I couldn't be in a relationship after hearing that if I was with Sebastian, Elliott could still be alive."
"Don't say that Kurt," Anne said. "What happened happened and we can't undo it no matter how much we want to. Believe me. But just promise me you won't loose Blaine?"
"I promise. Who knows what will happen when I got back to New York," Kurt promised. They pulled in the parking lot at the mall and began their shopping spree.
"When you see Blaine again, you are going to want an outfit that will make him want you," Anne stated. Kurt gave her a weird look and didn't know where she was going with this.
"Mom.." Kurt whispered. Anne just laughed. They walked all around the mall to find the perfect outfit. They settled for tight khaki pants and a yellow/gold 3/4 sleeves shirt (see photo on side). Once they had paid for the outfit, they realized they were starving.
Anne and Kurt walked to the food court and got pizza.
"When do you think you will get back together with Blaine?" Anne asked when they sat down.
"I don't know," Kurt started. "He has about a few weeks of Spring Training left before the season starts. I honestly don't know. Only time will tell I guess."
"Yeah," Anne said. "Hopefully he isn't distracted by this and doesn't get hit by a baseball, because you won't be there to take care of him." Kurt laughed. She remembered the story of how they met. They finished eating in went home so Kurt could pack for his flight back home the next day.
--•--
Back in New York, Spring Training had started again for Blaine. He really missed Kurt and tried not to think about it too much. That was until he got a text. He wished it was Kurt and it was.
Kurt: Just wanted to let you know I'm flying back tomorrow.
That was all it said. At least it was something and hopefully that meant they were at least speaking to each other.
Later that night when Blaine was just sitting at home watching TV, he thought of the perfect way to get Kurt back and now he couldn't wait until the first game of the season.
