Kate,,,

We've been in San Diego for a day. We have two connected rooms in the hotel, and I'm sharing my room with Dylan. The Fox boy (Tanner Fox) was in LA yesterday, so we're gonna see him today. He said we're gonna explore in the mountains. Right now, I'm on my laptop, still in bed. I just finished rewatching the first season of American Horror Story for the hundredth time. It's currently eight am, Tanner woke us up about thirty minutes ago, and I'm pretty sure Tanner, Dylan, and I are the only ones awake.

"Guys, Tanner's gonna come pick us up in about forty five minutes," Tanner popped his head in Dylan and I's room. "Get ready!" I hopped out of bed. I was only wearing a long shirt, underwear, and a bra. And yes, I did wear a bra to bed, because I'm not risking these boys seeing fully naked, titties and all.

"Dylan!" I screamed.

"What?" He screamed back.

"Is there time for me to take a shower? We only have one and I took one yesterday. And you guys stink." I said.

"You have perfume, right?" Dylan asked. I nodded. "Then don't worry about it."

"Thanks dude." I smiled at him. I turned around and walked to my suitcase. I pulled out blue skinny jeans and a black t-shirt. I took off my shirt and Dylan screamed.

"Dude, don't get naked!" He yelled.

"Bro, first of all, I don't care what I look like in front of you. Second of all, I'm wearing a bra and underwear, so it's like I'm wearing a bikini. No biggie." I said as I pulled my jeans on.

"Sorry." He said as he stood up and walked into the other room. I finished getting ready and walked into the other room.

"Who wants to get breakfast?" I asked whoever was still in the room.

"Me." Quentin said.

"Tanner?" I looked at Tanner.

"Nah," he responded."Can you bring me up something, though?"

"Sure," I answered. "Quentin, let's go." We walked out of the room and down the hall to the elevators.

"Since we're like, exploring, should I record something?" Quentin asked me.

"Yes. And I'll be surprised if you do." I said as I pressed the lobby button on the elevator.

"How long is an elevator ride in this hotel?" Quentin asked.

"Dude, we're on the twenty fifth floor." I replied.

"It's been five minutes." Quentin stated.

"I think we're stuck."

"I'm gonna press the call button."

"Good idea."

fifteen minutes.

twenty minutes.

The elevator hasn't moved at all. All of a sudden, we heard the loudspeaker in the elevator go on. Then, there was a voice. "We are sorry to inform you that the power to the elevator was cut off. It will most likely take a minimum of one hour to fix it, so please be patient. And don't try to pry open the doors, it'll get you nowhere as you're in between two floors. Good luck in there!"
