Falling in love with Xiumin

Chapter 6: Why...

(Y/N) POV
The alarm on my phone woke me up and I dreaded the morning. I crawled out of bed and dragged myself down the stairs to see that breakfast was already set up. I sat down to start eating until my phone vibrated. I looked at my phone to see that Xiumin texted me saying:

<3: Hey wanna go shopping together with the group today?

I smiled and replied that I would love to. He replied saying that he would pick me up in an hour. I had a big smile on my face and Sarah started to tease me. I told her to stop and quickly tried to hide my smile. I set my phone down and started to calmly eat until I realized I have an hour to eat, shower, and look presentable. I quickly shoved my food into my mouth and quickly excusing myself from the table. I ran up to my room and jumped into the shower. I took the quickest shower that I've ever taken. (HOPEFULLY I didn't so much that I end up smelling bad). I dried my hair and curled it. I quickly went to my closest looking for some clothes. Within a matter of 5 minutes, my room was filled with clothes. I'm freaking out, I see everything in the floor and I can't find one decent outfit. I decided to do my makeup first so I could have a bit more time to think about what to wear. After finishing I realized that I only had a couple mintues and ended up picking out a pink skirt with a white blouse with some baby pink flats. I grabbed one of my cute purses to finish my look and as I did my final touch ups the door bell rang. I ran down to open the door expecting Xiumin, but it ended up being Justin. I looked at him with a shocked look and didn't know how to react.
JUSTIN'S POV
I woke up from my alarm and slowly got up. I didn't fully recover from what happened yesterday. (Y/N) and Xiumin? How? When? SINCE WHEN? I DON'T GET IT. (Y/N) is supposed to be with me not some celebrity that she just met. What's so good about him anyway. I'm as good looking. I can't let this new guy win. I need to go to her and win her over. I quickly got dressed and walked towards (Y/N)'s house. I rang the door bell and hear (Y/N) running towards the door. She opened the door with a big smile, but in a matter of a second her smile disappeared. She let me in and I sat down on the couch. We had an awkward silence for about 5 minutes and she finally asked why I was here. I replied to her saying that I couldn't let her just fall in love with someone she just met and that I was here to protect her. She got up and turned around to look at me with a disappointed face.

(Y/N)'s POV
What is Justin doing here.... I need to go meet Xiumin. I get that he likes me but I think this is a bit much. I asked why he was here and he said something about needing to protect me. I got really ticked off when he said that. I turned around and got really mad. I told him that I didn't need his help and that I'm not a kid. And that I could take care of myself and I don't need him to decide who I date. Justin looked at me with a shocked look. I told him to leave now and that I have to go soon. He looked at me and got up. As he was walking out the door he said that I was making a big mistake. I closed the door behind me and just fell to the floor. I hate yelling at anyone and especially a close friend like that. I was about to break out into tears as the door bell rang again. I quickly got up and fixed myself up and opened the door to see a happy Xiumin. He handed me flowers while shining that big white smile. I tried smiling back but instead tears started to roll down my face. Quickly Xiumin's face expression turned into a worried one. He didn't even ask and pulled me in for hug. I felt his warm body and his arms around me and felt safe. I continued to cry for a bit and finally stopped. I told him that I was sorry for ruining the beginning of our date. He said that I shouldn't worry and that he's going to text the others to tell them that we were going to be a bit late. I thanked him and went to sit down on my couch. Xiumin sat down next to me and texted the others. We sat there for a bit and Xiumin finally broke the silence asking why I was crying. I told him about what happened with Justin and how I didn't know what to do.

Xiumin's POv

I started walking towards (Y/N)'s house with a bouquet of flowers. As I approached the building I saw some guy coming out the front door. He seemed pretty pissed and then I realized that it was Justin. I knew automatically that (Y/N) had something to do with him being pissed. I ran up the stairs to (Y/N)'s place and knocked on the door. I made sure that it didn't seem like I knew anything. I walked in and gave her the flowers I had and then she started to cry. I just grabbed her and wanted her to feel my comfort to make her feel better. I hated the fact that Justin had done this, I honestly would have ran after him and slapped him to death if I knew ahead of time of what happened. I made sure to make her feel comfortable and asked her about what had happened. She explained and I really wanted to go find that kid. Why does he have a problem with us dating. He doesn't even know who I am and how much I love and care for (Y/N). This Justin kid is getting really annoying, he better not get in the way in the future or else we are going to have some problems. 

 (Y/N) finally calmed down and I realized that she was dressed nicely and it made her look ten times cuter. I smiled and she looked up at me with a questioning look. 

Xiumin: How come you look more beautiful every time I see you again.
