"What do you think Ash?" I sigh in accomplishment as he eats a bagel. I hand him the newspaper, and rest my hands on my hips.
"How did you manage to get this in the paper this fast?" He asks in shock as I smile, feeling proud.
"Um let's just say I have my sources" I smile widely, wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing his cheek.
"Oh really? Hm I always knew my girl was good at bribery" he chuckles. "How much?" He stops laughing and looks at me seriously.
"It's best you don't know" I look away and he nods.
"Then I won't ask" he disregards the subject. "Hopefully someone will see it" he sighs as I nod.
{Sarah}
While in New York...
"Hey guys! Look at this ad!" I say with a mouth full of cheerios.
"Wait! let me see!" Amy yells, almost tripping over her own feet. She rips the newspaper from out of my hands and looks at it. Jamie runs behind her and jumps up and down, trying to see over Amy's tall stature compared to hers.
"They're selling puppies!" She shouts with a smile on her face.
"Jamie, we're looking at jobs remember?" I roll my eyes.
"Oh yeah, sorry" she giggles.
"Are we talking about this Bridesmaids Job?" Amy asks as I shake my head.
"No I'm talking about that writing job, it's below that one" I get up and walk to the sink. I turn on the faucet but no water comes out. "You've got to be kidding me" I whisper.
"That's boring. Let be bridesmaids!" Jamie pouts.
"Jamie...none of us are even capable of being bridesmaids. I'm a girl who is single and the only thing I'm in a relationship with is my leather and my motorcycle. Amy she sleeps with a different guy every week and she just got rid of herpes! And you well...you are so innocent I could tear my eyeballs out! You won't even drink or have fun. I mean look at what you're wearing right now...you look like a nun" I rant as she scoffs.
"A conservative one at that! And I can have fun...you'll see" she storms off.
"Yeah I'm sorry, I can pull off this writing job but I sure as hell can't be a bridesmaid" Amy agrees as I nod. "I'm mean I know I'm a sexy piece of work, but I can't leave my eight boyfriends here in New York" she shakes her head.
"Do you think she hates me?"
"No well maybe at the moment but she gets over stuff quickly. We better get going, Starbucks opens in 5 minutes and I don't want to be late. I have to be there so I can write Joseph's name on his cup" she hurries.
"Joseph?"
"Yeah he's a sexy man sandwich from London and he thinks it's hilarious when I write Broseph on his cup. He's gonna be boyfriend #9" she winks as I laugh.
"Don't you think you have enough boyfriends?" I raise an eyebrow as she pushes me out the door.
"Nope not yet" she laughs. I really admire her confidence, I wish I could be that confident. I've been hurt so many times before that I've just stopped the whole dating thing in general. Amy is so confident about her body, she is over weight but she still knows how to rock a short party dress.
I still wish I was as confident as her.
"Wait hold on a sec" I pause before she shuts the door. "Jamie can you call that number for the writing application? Make sure to find out details okay!" I say as Amy shuts the door.
{Jamie}
I roll my eyes as the front door shuts. I'm not innocent, I think...I can't have fun, can't I? I know I'm not a square, Sarah is so wrong about me. I'm bubbly and friendly, that doesn't mean I can't have fun..right? Oh maybe I am just a innocent girl. I won't drink or do anything fun that every one else finds fun now.
I look at the newspaper and find the number to the writing application. I put the number in and I wait for a ring.
"Hello this is Paris Sweeney" the woman chirps through the line.
"Hi I'm Jamie Quinn. My friends and I were interested in your application" i say plainly, my tone is much more monotone then the cheery woman at the end of the line. I hear her clap her hands and her voice fills with excitement.
"Well this is amazing! Okay..okay..I need to calm down. You don't understand how much this means to me!" She squeals as I pull the phone away from my ear, adjusting my ear after hearing her scream.
"Okay I'm sorry" she sighs. "Um okay, is it possible for you to come to the Caribbean? I will pay for your flight tickets so don't worry about it" she rushes.
"Um yeah I think we can" I agree as she claps her hands again.
"Thank you so much! I will send you the tickets and you should be arriving by tomorrow night" she explains.
"Wow. That's really soon" I raise my eyebrows.
"I know. I know. But this means so much! Thank you for excepting the application!"
"Oh it's no problem, I just thought we'd have to do paperwork or something.." I ramble as she laughs.
"Oh no no...you and your friends are hired right on the spot! Thanks so much for the late notice...I hope it's okay" she sighs.
"Yeah it's fine! How much will we be payed for this?" I ask as she replies with an "oh"
"Um I think about 12 thousand all together...that's about 4 thousand a piece" she says as I stub my toe on the corner of the table.
12,000 dollars? Are you kidding me?
"Wow. Thank you. This job means more to us then you think" I say shocked as she laughs. She is so nice.
"Don't worry about it. Thank you." She giggles. "Well I guess I will see you all tomorrow night" she sighs as we say our goodbyes before hanging up.

Hope you liked it!
