Over all, your oc isn't too Marysue-ish, just a few things about her are generic. Like saying Bullies as a dislike, that's kind of obvious that NOONE likes bullies. Also her family and friends, in my opinion do not count family and friends as a weakness, I feel that she just concerns over them? Does that make sense? I have no idea. Her design seems pretty cool, I'm just feel that two different colored eyes is a bit overused as well, but at least you justified WHY she has two different colored eyes. Last thing is her color scheme, I feel the red and black kind of screams "EDGY CHARACTER" She clearly isn't edgy by what I can tell but the back story kind of is and can be improved on. Such as going into a little deeper detail.
