Entavulp As far as breaking canon with this oc it's actually not that bad! Perhaps the very reason she is fragile is because she is similar to a Pearl on Homeworld standards, a fancy toy to stand around and look pretty. Or perhaps made for sports entertainment? Diamonds get bored! As for powers, gems cannot get poisoned, and healing powers are strictly for gems under Pink Diamond's Quart, specifically Rose Quartzs; which the rest are all bubbled in the Human Zoo. A helpful tip when making a gemsona, do research on the gem itself, what the represent, what "properties" are they said to have. Then finding this info base your gemsona on it! It makes making a gemsona SO much easier. The final question is, did her backstory take place before, in between or after the Crystal Gem Rebellion against Homeworld? Because that main fact will help me better determine if this Backstory breaks any canon. But your oc seems good overall. There will be a part 2 for Obsidian if you answer my question.
