Despair [SDR2 x Reader]

My eyes fluttered open to the bright sunlight shining through the window and Monokuma's annoying voice. I looked to my right and Fuyuhiko was sitting in a chair across from my bed, holding my hand with his face in my mattress. I looked in my covers and I was wearing my normal clothes, gloves and all. I also saw a note on the table next to Fuyuhiko. I didn't want to wake up Hiko, so I reached over with my free hand and snatched the letter.

Went back to my own cottage! Fuyuhiko fell asleep, and I'm too weak to carry him, so I left him there. I'm sorry! ;(

I sighed and sat up, causing Fuyuhiko to stir awake. I decided to prank him though, I thought it would be fun to toy around with the yakuza. I got a rope and tied it around his ankles, then onto the legs of my bed. I tiptoed past him and stood in front of my door. I took a deep breath before commencing my plan.

"OH MY GOD, IT'S A FIRE! FIRE ,FIRE, AND FIRE!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, making the tired Fuyuhiko jump up and start running towards the door..

..Little did he know that the rope tied to his ankles would make him trip onto his face.

I burst out laughing as Fuyuhiko cussed in various ways, falling down onto the cold floor. He looked up, ready to throw a punch. I was still laughing uncontrollably as he got up and fiddled with the ropes around his feet.

"JAY, I'M GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU!" Fuyuhiko got up, and that was my signal to start running to the restaurant. I squealed with fear and laughter as Fuyuhiko was trailing behind me with pissed written all over his face. I slammed the doors to the restaurant open, hurting my bandaged wounds that I had nearly forgotten what they were from, sprinting in and hiding under a table. Hajime followed me under the table with thoughts running through his brain as the others questioned our antics. That is, until Fuyuhiko showed up shortly after I did.

"WHERE THE FUCK IS JAY?!" I was about to laugh, but Haji covered my mouth with a smile. His smile faded before he raised his eyebrows with a slight frown. At that point, his face said, 'Girl, You're Dead If He Finds You.' I nodded my head with a smile, but he couldn't really see it, he could feel it since his hand clasped over my mouth as the others questioned why he was being a lunatic. I was smiling until I remembered what had happened.. I frowned as tears pricked my eyes, which were clearly visible to Haji. He frowned, his eyebrows furrowing, and held my free hand. He knew exactly what I was thinking, but when we heard silent, soft footsteps start to approach the table. My eyes widened as Hajime caught on, wiping away my tears quickly as I pounced on him, making him lie on his back. I covered his mouth, and laid down next to him, our shoulders touching. After a brief minute of whispers and giggles, Fuyuhiko yanked up the tablecloth with pure rage written on his face. Before we could react, Fuyuhiko grabbed me by the waist, hoisted me over his shoulder, and walked out of the room. Nagito tossed me a bagel to eat, and I was able to catch it and eat it. I still protested though.

"HEY, LET ME DOOOOWNNNN! I JUST WANNA ENJOY THIS BAGELLL!" I whined and squirmed like a a five year old, letting Hiko get madder. I saw Hajime running after us. He got close enough to me and Hiko, grabbed my hand, and yanked me out of his grasp. I tried to land on my feet, but I ended up tripping and knocking Hajime over with me. In the end, I was straddling him, making Fuyuhiko laugh.

"OH JEEZ, HAHAHAH! SUCKS TO SUCK, LOVEBIRDS! THIS IS REVENGE ALL IN ITSELF!" Heat rushed to my face as I quickly pounced off of Hajime. His face was red too, but I quickly let go of that thought. As Fuyuhiko was laughing, I swiped him off of his feet bridal style and ran to the ocean. It was Fuyuhiko's turn to scream as I threw him into the ocean's cold water. I giggled and skipped away when I saw Fuyuhiko start to swim back to shore. I munched on my untouched bagel and met with Hajime.
