The next morning I got up early to shoot some hoops. I checked my phone to make sure last night's conversation was real and it was. I went over to my dresser and grabbed a red pair of shorts and a sports bra. I went to the closet and russeled through it trying to find my favorite sleeveless basketball shirt. When I grabbed my red and white Jordans from the closet, I heard Asialyn.
"Skylie, if you do not shut up I am going to smack you." Asialyn shouted.
"Fine then..." I said grabbing my shoes and walking downstairs. No one else was up, which was good because I knew someone would ask about Magcon.
I grabbed my ball from the closet and walked outside. I shot about 50 shots and decided to go put on my thermal leggings because I was getting cold. I went back in and got my leggings and a sweatsirt and grabbed my phone and some earbuds.
I went back outside and took a run. I heard a beep and checked my phone. It was Hayes!!

I answered the call and he was at home.
"I want you to meet my family!" he said.
I took out my earbuds and sat on the park bench a mile from my house.
Hayes walked over to Nash," Have you met Nash...or nah?"
I laughed. He walked over to Will." Say hello."
"Hello." Will said.
"Sorry," Hayes apologized," Will's quiet and shy."
"It's okay," I smiled," I'm going to walk home, keep talking though."
He walked down the stairs over to Skylynn's room," Skylynn meet my new friend Skylie!"
She looked at the camera," Is she mean?"
Hayes laughed," No, she's super cool!"
"Invite her over!" Skylynn shouted.
Hayes looked at me.
"Oh, Skylynn I would love too! I live in Ohio though! I promise, next time I'm in North Carolina, I will come visit!" I said, assuring her.
"Skylie, I have to go," Hayes said," talk later?"
"Course!" I said.
Hayes hung up. How in the world did I become friends with Hayes Grier?
