Chapter 16 : Her Eyes

Mina's POV

I go to the restaurant where Momo and Jihyo asked me to have a lunch with them before, I enter the restaurant as I see Momo sitting alone at her table with a bunch of food.
I looked at her as she looked at me waving.
"Minaaa"
"Oh, hii.. where is Jihyo?" I asked as I can't see Jihyo around.
"She have something to take care with, cause her parent call her before" she said as she hold my hand and give me the spoon.
"Lets eat" she said as she smile.

Why she is so nice now? Still can't understand why she changes so fast that she will just hate me because I'm Jeong secretary.
"Why? Not delicious?" She asked as I keep staring at her.
"Nooo... it is delicious" I said as she keep giving me a food to my bowl.
"Thank you" I said.
"Do you know who am I?" She suddenly asked.
"Momo" I said.
"Kekkeke. Noo.. I mean that my identity" she said as she giggle.
"You mean that, you are Jeong's sister?" I said.
"Hmmm yeahh.. you know it.. why you don't asked me why I go away from home?" She asked.
"I don't actually want to know about that" I said as I actually already know all about her.
"Really? So why you wanted to be my friend?" She asked.
"Because... it is just I'm your fans" I said as I she her blushed.
"Even if I unintentionally hurt you? Still my fans?" She said.
"Eh? Ohh.. this hand? Yess... it is not the problem because I like when you play your guitar, you look cool" I said as she cupped her hand around her cheeks.
"Really? Am I that good?" She asked.
"Yes... really good.. the best" I said as she smile at me.

We have done our lunch as she walk me back to the company.
"I'm okay, I can walk back alone" I said as I walk backwards and waved at her without looking back my way.
"Ehhhhh Minaaaaaaa" she suddenly shouted as she run towards me..
"Tringgg tringgg"
She pull me and catch me with her arms on my waist..
"Move awayyyy" the man with bicycle pass by us as I still lean on Momo's arms.
I looked at her as she still looked at me with her glowing brown eyes.
I freeze at my spot with that position as she smile.
"You know what Mina, I can't hold you longer than this.." she said as I grabs her shoulder and try to stand up straight.
"Ehh.. uumm I'm sorry and thanks" I said as she smile at me.

What is wrong with me? Goshh.. noo.. I can't let it happen.. My heart just beat for Chaee, please..
Suddenly my phone ring as I see my boss is calling me.
"Hello, Miss"
"Mina, where are you?"
"Ehh I'm on my way back to office"
"Where did you go?"
"Ehh.. lunch"
"With?"
"Ehh.. my friend"
"Ahhh.. okay, go back office now"
"Okay, I'll be there soon."

I hung up the phone as I say goodbye to Momo and rush back to my office.

Jeongyeon's POV

I have asked my driver, Joon to find out where is Mina going, and Joon tell me that she is with Momo. I don't believe it as Joon take me to the restaurant that where they are having a lunch together, they are smiling and laughing at each other. Since when they know each other.. I smell something fishy from Momo.
What is she doing with my secretary, I can't tell this is Jealous but yes I feel little jealous.

I watch them as they are walking together on the street... and what? I see that they are hugging each other, not hugging, but a kind of it.. tsk I can't stand to see it as I called Mina.

"Hello, Miss"
"Mina, where are you?"
"Ehh I'm on my way back to office"
"Where did you go?"
"Ehh.. lunch"
"With?"
"Ehh.. my friend"
"Ahhh.. okay, go back office now"
"Okay, I'll be there soon."

Hmm, what is she doing with Momo? Friend? No, she must stay away from Momo, Momo must have planning something with Mina.

"Joon, back to office now" I said as my driver drive me back to office as I saw Mina is about to enter.
"Mina"
"Ohh Miss"
"So how is your lunch?" I asked as she smile.
"Ah great Miss, you?" She asked as we bump into Chaeyoung.
"Miss" Chae bow as she greet me.
"How about the appointment with client today?" Chae asked as I see Mina is in panic.
"Ehhh ehh"
"great, Chae" I said as Chae smile and excuse herself as we are going back to our office.

We have an awkward silence in the lift as we arrived at the office, before I enter my room..
"I don't know what is your reason to lie at Chae, you are lucky that I catch up with that lie" I said as she looked shocked at my words.
"Ehh.. Miss.. I'm sorry I didn't mean to-" she said as I cut her off
"I'm not going to asked you what is your reason, but Mina. You are just lucky this time.. I don't know about the next one" I said as I enter my room.

I don't know if she understand about what I mean or not. She must have understand it cause she is quick-witted and smart.

Mina's POV

How can Jeong know that I lied to Chae, is Chae asked her about me before?  I Almost get caught now. I should have be more careful later.
I can't let Chae and Jeong know about my mission that related to Momo.
Chae must has getting suspicious at me if everyday I refuse her offer to go to company together, what should I do now?
Must find another way to get close with Momo.

Suddenly someone text me as my phone is buzzing.

Momo : are you okay?
Mina : I'm okay, why you asked that?
Momo : you almost get hit by bicycle before.
Mina : ahhh.. I'm okay.. thanks to you.
Momo : I need your help
Mina : what is that?
Momo : tomorrow is Jihyo's birthday
Mina : really? Woah so having a party?
Momo : yes I need you to help me for surprising her, are you free tomorrow?
Mina : yes after work.
Momo : so I will tell you tomorrow.
Mina : okay.

Hmmm she gave me a good chance tomorrow, this is a mission but I'm excited too, it seems so fun to hang out with them.

Momo's POV

I'm texting that Mina as Jihyo teasing me again.
"Ehmm ehmm.. Mina?" She said as she jump on my bed looking at my phone as I lock my phone.
"No, I'm playing games" I said.
"Seems like you guys have a great lunch without me, huh?"  She asked as she lean on my shoulder.
"Where did you go before?" I said as I change the topic.
"My uncle house, mom asked me to visit him as my aunty is sick.. hey.. don't change the topic.. how was it?" She said as she realize I avoid that topic.
"Nothing happen, just eat" I said as she tease me again.
"She is beautiful and it is not a sin that you like her. Just tell me. You guys looks good together" she said.
"She has a fiancee you paboo" I said as I push her head away from my shoulder.
"But it is okay since she is not married.. we don't know what will happen bruh" she said as I grabs my blanket and cover myself.
"I'm not going to give my heart to anyone.. my heart still for Dahyun" I said as Jihyo pat me.
"Momo, she is not here anymore.. you must find someone makes you happy so she can be happy there seeing our Momo happy " she said as I block my ear.
"No, I'm not going to love anyone else" I said as  Jihyo get up from my bed and go to her bed.

"You may don't want it but your heart will speaks up later, we don't know what will happen in the future later" she said as I ignore her and sleep..
