I couldn't sleep that night, I kept thinking about my past. My family, why I got to be like this, my only friend Heba.
I was a thief from around the age of 6 years old, like Heba. Only my story was slightly different. If you've heard the rumours then you'd know the village in which I grew up in, kul-elna, got burned down by Aknadin and his men to create the mysterious millennium items. I was the only survivor. I couldn't bare to see my burning village so I walked and walked to the next village along. That is where I met Heba. He was a thief like me though slightly more experienced and he taught me how to steal without getting caught and we became partners as well as best friends, we both shared the same things, the hatred of people. We both hate the people in the palace, and the past Pharaoh, Aknamkanon. We believe he ordered his men to destroy my village and his parents we're visiting Kul-elna to get somethings they needed. We soon became the best thieves around until I made the small mistake of not escaping fast enough. I won't say Heba didn't try get me away from the guards, because he did, but he was faster than me and managed to not get caught himself.
