I know it's been way too long...but here we are, I'm not promising any lengths of chapters....

Akefia pov.
I have to help Heba, he helped me all them years ago, now it's my turn to repay a favour. But I have to think on how I'm going to do it.
Think. Think. Think.
I know, I'm going to tell the whole town that the Pharaoh fancies a thief, hopefully then there will be an uproar and the Pharaoh will have no choice but to release Heba. Let's hope my plan works.
I make my way to the outer edge of the town, I didnt see any of the Pharaohs guards there so I ventured a bit further. I hid behind trees and buildings as cover, double checking my surroundings for the Pharaohs men.
I come across the market stalls where hopefully I can blend in, I tell everyone I know and there are mixed reactions but most against the idea of 2 males together. Hopefully this will be enough.
I tell them to meet at midnight when the moon is at its peak, we will be meeting outside the palace walls.
Later that day.
I wait outside the palace walls, being careful not to be seen. One by one people start to form and I have a quick meeting with the most hateful one of the group, " I must not be seen, I am banished from this town, our demands are simple, the reason the Pharaoh kept Heba is because he likes him, if it's not true then he needs to prove it and let him go, I've seen the way our so called King looks at Heba, he is interested in him" I explain and he understands and walks of to the others as I watch from afar.
"Who goes there?" Shout one of his men
"My name is to no matter of yours, we are here to display the truth of king Atem" his men look confused.
Back in the castle.
Atem's pov.
"What's all the noise about" I ask Seto as I look from my balcony
"I'm unsure my king, I will go find out for you" I nod and he bows and walks away. I wait for Seto to come back.
"My king, they wish to speak to you" Seto informs me
"What about?" I ask, curious
"They wouldn't say" I nod
"Very well then" I walk down stairs to main entrance and walk up to the gate
"What is the meaning of this?" I ask.
"You, pharaoh, are keeping the one they call Heba in there, captive for your own plesure" the one that seems to be the leader speaks
"And what evidence do you have of this?" I ask calmly
"We have our sourses" he spits "it seems a little weird that Akefia was released and Heba stays" he Carrie's on "doesnt it everyone?" They all murmur in agreement.
"This is ridiculous" my men shout I put my hand up to silence them.
"Did Akefia put you up to this?" I ask the leader
"No, we came upon out own accord" he pauses for a moment "of this is not true then our demand must be met" he challenges
"What is that? " I ask
"Set Heba free" he demands.
I'm stuck, I like Heba but if I dont release him then they will know how unfair I am, and I dont want that. What do I do?
