Your Pov:
"How could you be so stupid, you little wretch" My dad yells at me while kicking me in my stomach, a bottle of whiskey in his hands. I kneel over, coughing up blood. Where is (M/N)? She is usually protecting me by now. Not like it would help but, still. "Why can't you just die already" my dad asks.
Y/M's Pov:
I watch in pain and agony as Lady (Y/N) gets beaten to almost death by her own father. How could someone be this cruel? I have to help her. She has been like this ever scene her father pushed her through the door but, how can I help her? What to do? What to do?
Oh, wait...... That's it! That Phantomhive kid said he would do anything to protect her. Now let's see if he means it. I rush to get a carriage prepared to go to the Phantomhive manor. Here we go.
About an hour later, all out of breath, I walk up to the door of the Phantomhive manor. It looks unlocked so, I rush in. When I do, I receive shocked stares from all the servants and even the Earl himself. "Who are you and what are you doing here," the Earl asks me, with what looks like amusement in his eyes. "I-I-I-I-I am the maid of the (L/N) family, and I need your help" I reply, out of breath and shaken.
He looks at me, confused for a few minutes but, then his eyes widen in realization. "(Y/N)" he whispers to himself while the butler, Sebastian, walks over to me and tries to calm me down. "Why don't you sit down, my lord and I will......" Sebastian says before I cut him off. "No! I am going with you! Lady (Y/N) is like a sister to me, and there is no way I am leaving her in danger!"
Sebastian looks shocked at first but, then it quickly changes to a smirk. "Of course, my lady" he replies back and the goes to get the carriage ready for his master. "So what exactly happened," the Earl asks me. I sigh and get ready to explain everything. Hopefully, we can save her in time.
Your Pov:
If I keep coughing up this much blood, then I won't be around much longer. My dad passed out from his alcohol intake a little while ago but, I still haven't heard anything from (M/N). I hope she's okay. Just then I hear a knock at the door. Who could that be? As the door slowly opens, I see a glimpse of navy blue hair. Who do I know has that color hair?
Then the door opens and at the door is not only (M/N) but, also the Earl and his butler, Sebastian. Both the Earl and (M/N) rush to my side as I start coughing up blood again. "(Y/N)!!! Are you okay" the Earl asks me but, I put my hand over his mouth and point to my father, passed out on the couch. "I-I-I-I-I'm fine but, we have to be quiet so, that way my dad won't wake up" I reply, very quietly, almost in a whisper.
The Earl nods and tries to pick me up as quickly and carefully as possible. "What are you doing" (M/N) asks in a harsh whisper. "Taking her back to the manor. It's obvious she can't stay here, and at the manor she'll be protected" the Earl replied, getting me to my feet. She nods in agreement and helps him walk me to the carriage.
About an hour and a half later, we arrive back at the manor. Sebastian and (M/N) also manage to get me in the guest bedroom and somewhat comfortable. "And now you're all patched up." "Thanks (M/N)," I reply back but, then there's a knock at the door, and I tense up. (M/N) opens the door and then tells me that it's just the Earl Phantomhive.
He walks in and takes the chair (M/N) was sitting in. (M/N) then leaves to give us some privacy. "A-a-a-are you okay now," he asks, carefully. "Yeah, I'm fine now Mr. Phantomhive" I reply back, and he blushes deeply. I wonder why? It's only me he is talking to after all. "It's Ciel," he says.
"Wait, what," I ask, confused. "My first name is Ciel, and I like you to use it from now on" he replies back. Wow. Ciel is such a pretty name. "Ok, well, thanks for saving me Ciel," I say. He blushes again and responds with "No problem" and then leaves the room.
Alone at last. Now I can finally get some peace and quiet but, if I was really honest with myself, then that doesn't matter to me. All that matters to me is that my friends and I are safe at last. The only question is how long will it last? I guess we'll find out soon enough. Those were my last thoughts as I fell to sleep.
