Chapter 46: Perdoname

***EVELYN'S POV***

What do you wear when you about to tell the love of your life that...

just thinking about it brought tears to my eyes. I picked out a dark navy blue loose dress, that had a light creme brown belt, with my light creme brown purse, and some strappy sandals. I had to go to a business meeting to catch up with what i had missed at work before going back on monday. That's why i was more a little bit casual yet formal. 

It's probably not the best decision to do this right i the morning but i had no choice. I knew it had to be done.

I told royce to meet me at the beach. That's where we got together and that's exactly where it could end. 

i grabbed my sunglasses, i knew i would need to cover up my eyes after this. 

I drove to the beach, i told him to meet me by the rock where we, well you know. 

i got off the taxi, since i still hadn't been able to get a car, and slowly made my way to the rock. 

i found him in his black suit, his hair combed to perfection facing the water.

I think her heard my feet moving around in the sand because he turned around to face me right when i was about to say his name.

"Hey, muñeca i missed you" he greeted with a hug and kiss 

oh god, i can't do this. shut up evy you have to

he took off my sunglasses and saw the worry in my eyes

"What's wrong muñeca? You okay?"

i cleared my throat "Yea, im fine, umm why are you all dressed up?" i asked

"Oh well i have to go finish filming the last few parts of my new video, then film the pespi commercial, and tomorrow have to go to the studio and do -- okay im boring you aren't it?" he chuckled

"No no you never bore me"

"Then what's wrong muñeca?" he softly held  my face in the palm of his hand

"I-i- need to tell you something"

"Ohh me too, but you go first"

"Wait what do you have to tell me?" 

"It can wait, you go first?" he said excitedly

****GEOFFREY'S POV****

I held the little box in my pocket, and waited for her to speak.

"Geoffrey..i umm i think we need to.. i think we" each of her stutters made me push the box into my pocket further and further

No, no no no  no no she can't do this 

"It's over" she finally said and covered her mouth as tears streamed down her face

right then the guy with the champange drinks was headed our direction but i signaled him off without evelyn noticing. 

"No, evelyn why! what did i do you can't just end it like this, please tell me you don't mean that"

*evelyn takes a deep breathe as tears streamed down her face*

"Geff it's not you,Just look at us, You have a kid with veronica, and now a new baby-gi-rl" she said trying  not to at my eyes

"But evy we can still-" 

"No royce, we have nothing, you have 2 kids and a lot of history with her, What do we even have!" she said covering her face

"We have love" i said grabbing her hand away from her face
