CHAPTER 1

"Hey Taylor walk with me to home room." Emily yelled across the hall

"Go on I will catch up with you I have to get my books out my locker." I never get a lot of homework so I don't see the purpose of carrying all my books home.

"Okay we'll meet you there oh ya happy sweet 16." People glance at me and smile then go back to their business.

I walked to my locker to see it was surrounded by Happy Birthday posters, I smiled and took a picture of them.

'When will we find our mate?' Rory asked, she is my wolf.

'I don't know when it's time I guess'

I walked to my locker and smelt the most amazing smell. Fresh air and rain it smelled wonderful.

'Mate'

Looking around I spot Daniel Watson future Alpha, my brother's best friend is my mate the quarterback and the biggest jerk ever.

"No, not you I can't believe this there must be some mistake going on up there, why why why me."

"Why not me what's wrong with me?" I asked bewildered.

"I don't want my Luna to be you virgin girl. I am the next Alpha I can get all the girls I want and I don't want you. It can't be you and you better not tell anyone about this got it." He whispers in my ear. I nodded my head.

He walked away from me and never did look back. He slapped hands with his team and went to class.

I ran home crying with tears streaming down my face.

I thought my mate would love me for who I am but I am not good enough for him.

"Why are you home from school? Honey you look sad." Mom stops me at the stairs.

"I just had a bad day mom."

"Taylor Gabriel I know you way better than that now tell me what happened" This is the first mistake I made.

"Daniel rejected me mom and I can't stand to see him any more well he didn't really reject me he told me not to tell anyone which means he rejected me but didn't say it." Mom's face instantly falls and she pulls me into a hug.

"Oh mom I forgot to tell you I shifted last night at 12:00 my wolf is brown." I mumble.

"I'm calling his mother right now he is our next alpha he should know better.!" Shit. He's gonna kill me.

It clicked I was rejected by my mate.

But he didn't say it why?

I could hear mom calling her right now. His mom and my mother have been best friends forever and that's how Daniel and Dillon became friends.

I just hope he doesn't bring Daniel with him they are best friends. At least tomorrow will be Saturday. I can go to my cheer competition and forget this.

My name is Taylor I just turned 16 I go to an all wolf school. Yes I am wolf no I don't go around killing people on a full moon.

I am head cheerleader my brother is Dillion and our Alpha is Daniel. Me and his sister became best friends in eighth grade.

My parents and Daniel's parents have been friends forever.

Me and Daniel use to be friends in elementary and middle school but in eighth grade he started sleeping with all the girls so we're not exactly friends anymore.

My brother does the same thing. We call them the Man whores club.
