I hurt my ankle last night playing with Rose. My father came rushing towards me and he started worrying like he always does.

It's really fine though, just a bit bruised. However, if one tiny thing happens to me, my father goes crazy. Andrew is really nice when I hurt myself. Last time I hurt my elbow, and he gave me a box of chocolates and a new book. The book had these very pretty drawings in them.

When Andrew came to visit today, he and my dad started arguing.

"It's too dangerous!" my father yells.

"It's the only way. I know you want her freed just as much as I do so stop being so emotionless and let me save her!"

I couldn't hear my father but I know that by now, he would be giving Andrew a death glare, "You think I'm being emotionless? That I don't want to free her because I don't want her? I'm just trying to do what's right and to help the rebellion!"

"You need this," Andrew says. "I'll tell Joseph to go on the mission and bring her home!"

"Who's coming home?" I ask, overcome with curiosity.

"Your mother," my father tells me. He turns to Andrew. "Arrange the mission, die for all I care."
