Chapter Ten

Harry's POV

I woke abruptly, slamming my head into metal bars. I scanned the area I was in, and it seemed that i was in a small room, in a sort of cage. I glanced down at my clothes, which consisted of a pair of boxers and a blanket around my shoulders.

I heard a grunt and turned my head over to where a lump on the ground was rising.

"Hazza?" Louis' voice cracked.

"Louis! Louis you're okay!" I quickly pressed myself against the side closest to him.

"Why wouldn't I be?" Louis chuckled softly. I could see his smile slowly drop to a frown, his eyes shadowed by his hair.

"Eleanor threatened that she would erase your memories of me, and who knows what else."

Louis growled, gripping and shaking the bars viciously. "I was so stupid! I trusted her! I should have listened to you, Harry." He raised his voice, shouting into the empty room. "Eleanor, I don't know where you are but you better let us go! When I find you, i swear to god you will wish you'd never been born you bit--"

"Louis! Louis calm down." I squeezed my arm through the gap in the bars and held onto his hands. "Lou, just promise me, just promise me that no matter what happens, you won't let anything get between us. Forever and always."

Louis muscles relaxed, and he turned to me. He let go of the bar, and held onto my hand.

"Forever and always."

Zayn's POV

"So who are you anyways?" Niall asked as I drove.

"I'm Dr. Walsh. I've known Harry since he was a kit." Niall and Liam gave him a look from the back seat. "Er, kid."

"Anyway, we have to get to the Human Protection Unit in Sector Five." He continued as I drove into the parking lot to the Hybrid Hunters Agency.

"Uh, English please." I replied quickly.

"There are five buildings in the compound. Find the blue one, then follow me."

After a few minutes of driving in circles around the compound, we found the building and got out of the car. Dr. Walsh pulled out a key card and slid it through the scanner. it unlocked the door, and the four of us ran through.

"Listen, I need to find Harry. You three have to find Louis in the Surgery Hall. He's in room eleven. Get him out and I'll meet you back at the car."

"How do we get in without people questioning us?" Liam asked nervously.

"Take these badges and key cards. You have to hurry, or bad things are going to happen to you're friends." he turned away and marched down the other hallway.

"Well, let's go then." I broke the silence, leading the way down the hall. a couple doorways with signs lined the walls, but I didn't pay attention. Time was of the essence, and we had to hurry.

"Zayn! Li, wait!" Niall opened up one of the doors and went inside for a second, then came out with lab coats and surgeon masks and caps.

"Good going, Ni!" Liam praised. He ruffled the blonde's hair, and Niall giggled.

I felt a spark of anger in my chest at the sight. Was I.. jealous?

I shrugged it off and put of the coat and cap. I held the mask in my hand and nodded to the boys.

"Lets go, I think we're almost there."

After a few wrong turns, a couple arguments, and several swears, Liam discovered a map in his lab coat's pocket.
