By the time I reached my locker, the second bell has gone, meaning I was late for class. I grabbed my books for science, which I happened to share with Harrison and Casey, and headed over. Harrison was already there when I arrived, a cocky smirk plastered on his face.

" Getting some action at lunch, aye Kat." He remarked.

" I'm sure your jealous you weren't involved."

" Why would I? I know your gonna choose me for the more serious stuff."

" I wouldn't be so sure. Toby showed some promise at lunch."

" That was child's play, come and see what the big boys have to offer."

" Or should you say 'little boys' in your case?" I laughed, getting an evil glower from Harrison.

Eventually the teacher opened the door and let us in. We didn't have arrange seating so I sat with Casey on one side and Harrison on the other, not that I had a choice in Harrison's case.

" Good morning class." Ms Rae was always way too enthusiastic. " Today we will be getting new lab partners!" There was a round of groans.

" Will we get to choose?" A girl named Willow asked.

" Oh no. Of course not. I will chose for you." Another set of groans. " Bench one, Drew and Harrison and Casey and Katrina. Bench two, Willow and Jade..." I hated it when teachers called me by my full name, but on the plus side, I had Casey for fun and I could copy off Harrison's work. When Ms Rae had finished the new partners and explaining our experiment, we grabbed the things we needed and headed to our benches. We were testing chemical reactions.

Our benches were rectangles, so two people on either side. We turned on our Bunsen burners, filled our beakers with some chemical I lost the name of and placed it on top of the burner.

Once it had heated we had to add 3 drops if water. As I filled up the dropper, I caught a glimpse of Harry smiling like a jerk.

" What's got you so happy?" I asked. I placed the dropper over the beaker, getting ready to add the water.

" Just imagining that tap will be you when we have sex." I choked on his words, squeezing the dropper harder than I meant to, adding about 20 drops instead of 3.

" What the hell?" I growled at him. He just shrugged. I leaned over the bench and made a gray for him, but missed, that cocky smirk back on his face.

" Ah Kat," Casey warned. " We have bigger problems." She pointed to the beaker. Smoke was rising rapidly and the liquid was starting to bubble. Suddenly the liquid exploded in the beaker, causing a huge cloud of smoke to fill the room and covering everyone within a 2 metre radius with the mixture, including Ms Rae. Her happy attitude was gone as she yelled at us.

" Miss Stevenson, Miss Tate, Mr Dale and Mr Curl. Please step outside."

" But Ms Rae, Drew and I-" Harrison tried to protest.

" I don't care!" She screeched. We hung our heads and slumped out of the room.

Once outside I shot Harrison a icy glare.

" What the hell Harrison?" I yelled. " You just had to do that. Your ego has a bigger dick than you." I brushed some hair out of my face.

" I'm sure Casey can tell you that's not true." He smirked. I knew Casey had lost it to Harrison, so it didn't bother me. We turned our backs on the boys. Ms Rae came out, trying to look happy but failing, she issued us all with lunch time and after school detentions.
We had clean up duty in the room until the bell went then were sent straight to detention. Thankfully we had a young teacher that let us talk. Rumor had it that Nathaniel had been in yet another punch up, the second this week, and had gotten lunch and after school detentions as well.
