So, i decided to post this chapter a day ahead of updating. Tomorrow (Wednesday) i wont be able to post because i have sports try-outs, i wanted to post it early instead of later so please enjoy what i have lol. Also, i will keep putting [Last Name] as the narration because i am waiting for when everyone is on a first name basis with the reader before i put [First Name] as the narration.

It was finally the day of [Last Name]'s match against his fellow peers. Sam, Sugawara and Daichi v. Kageyama, Tanaka and Hinata. The [Hair Colour-ette] walked out of his last class, God was this day long he thought monotonous to himself. [Last Name] was halfway down the hall when he felt someone tug his shirt. Well this is a first.
He turned around noticing two young ladies, one with blond hair and blue eyes with a façade of a goddess. The other girl was a black haired girl, a bob cut and her face covered with a red scarf. They both had bags in their hands, holding them tightly.
"May I help you?" asked [Last Name] with his usual thick accent. Both girls blush at the gesture, "Ahh yes, we both have something for you-" the blond girl said, both of them offering the bags of goodies.
[Last Name] looked at them weirdly before smiling, and bowed "Thank you so much, I will open them later" he said sweetly.
Both girls blushed harder and smiled "We hope you enjoy" the ravenette nodded. [Last Name] grabbed the bags and walked off, going back to his emotionless face.
He walked down the stairs and to the gym. He knew that practice didn't start for another 30 minutes so he decided to warm up the old arms and legs, but first; Locker room then laps.
He changed shoes, and excused himself into the gym, even though no one was there. He walked to the locker room, and changed into his old jersey; which was a nice baby blue colour with black stripes. His number and last name was on the back holding the one and only '1' (Even though on the court on one can see it). He put the two bags of goodies into the locker so no one would steal them.
You just never know.
He set up a net, and grabbed the bin full of volleyballs. The [Hair Colour-ette] nodded his head in approval before walking to the edge of the court, stretching his limbs. Lastly he put on his knee brace and pads. All ready, he went into running position and sped off. He ran 35 laps around the court, barely making a sweat.
He finished and did last stretches. The [Skin Colour] skinned American boy went to the ball basket, and grabbed one. He went to the edge of the court and put his ball in his [Dominant] hand. He put one leg in front and one behind him, sticking his arm (with ball) in front of him.
He held the ball up and looked at the other side of the court. Jump float serve or jump serve? Which one so many to choose...?
The [Hair Colour-ette[ relaxed himself, shaking out a breath. He snapped his eyes open and took a step forward and launched the volleyball into the air, flicking his wrist. Still looking at the ball with his [Eye Colour] eyes while the ball spun in the air and took a giant step; making an approach to the ball. He jumped and smacked the ball making a perfect arch. The ball landed with a smack on the other side. He smiled now that's what I call a jump serve.
---------Meanwhile-------
Hinata walked out of his class. He was super excited, he gets to go against his idol and a living legend. He was going to plan out how he was going to do his duo attack with Kageyama, wanting do to the same that he did in his practice game with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi. The ginger speed walked to the vending machine where he knew that's where the kuudere male would be.
With a goofy smile he walked up to Kageyama, who was reaching down to grab his milk before his game. "Hey Kageyama, how do you feel about this awesome game we are having!"
Kageyama stood up straight, and jabbed the straw into the hole. Kageyama narrowed his eyes "Yeah, I just want to see how he plays. He was always talked about but I never knew he existed."
"Its because no one saw him before right?" Hinata asked, but just received a nod. Kageyama took on a determined vibe, he sucked down the milk and threw it in the trash.
"Race you!"
Before Hinata could comprehend what he said he sped off.
"What?! Oh no you don't!!" and went after them.
When Hinata got there he saw Kageyama wasn't setting foot into the gym, "What are yo-"
He was asking about him when Kageyama cut in "Shut up dumbass! Just watch!"
Hinata looked and saw how the [Last Name] male was serving a perfect jump float serve, and what he saw would look like the professionals. Perfect form, perfect focus, perfect everything. He saw how the sweat was falling down is smooth [Skin Colour] skin, his soft tuffs of [Hair Colour] were sticking slightly to his skin. Hinata shivered and felt his insides flutter.
"How long are you guys going to stand there." They tensed, hearing the voice of the scary captain behind them.
Daichi, Sugawara, Kiyoko, and Tanaka all stood there behind them, seeing how scared they were Tanaka laughed like a goat "You should see your faces!"
The buzz cut male slid open the door after hearing a smack on the ground "Yo [Last Nameeeee]!! Were here for the game!"
"Ok" was his response.

[Last Name] laid on the floor of the court, while the rest of them were warming up. Yamaguchi and Tsukishima came a little later, wanting to see the 'King' and 'Shrimp' loose. "Oi [Last Name]-kun are you ready?"
The male sat up and responded with a yeah. The [Last Name] went on the side of the court with Daichi and Sugawara. "What position do you want me to play?" the invisible male asked.
The Daddy and Mommy of Karasuno both looked at each other "you will play as wing spiker for now. Since I am setter I will stay... Do you mind if you and Daichi switch on and off?" Suga asked tenderly.
"Ok, but could you please call me [First Name]? I mean it's just weird to have my friends call me that..."
Suga flushed lightly "y-yeah, whatever you w-want..."
[Last Name] gave a rare genuine smile, and nodded. Kiyoko blew the whistle for the start of the entrance game.

Tanaka started with a simple overhand serve, which Daichi easily received. [Last Name] looked at the other side of the court, and saw an easy patch where not even speedy Hinata could get. The ball flew over to Suga and [Last Name], approach the ball when Suga set it. He faked them out, he swung his hand as though he was going for a fast spike but he lightly taped it.
Team Mommy and Daddy: 1
Team Milk Carton: 0
[Last Name] smiled contently this will be fun.
