Daisy (Part 4)

OKAY, SO THIS CHAPTER IS SHORT, BUT I JUST KIND OF WANTED TO SHOW YOU A LITTLE BIT ABOUT DAISY'S HOME LIFE...

As Daisy is walking home holding Nick's hand, He twirls her under his arm. She smiles, barefoot as they walk in the sand. Nick grins down at his sister, admiring her perfect little body...

She glances over her shoulder, seeing Lena sobbing, running behind them.

"Lena?" Daisy calls.

Lena stops, wiping her eyes.

Nick lets go of Daisy's hand and Daisy opens her arms for Lena.

Lena runs into Daisy's arms, crying into her shoulder.

"What happened, baby?" Daisy asks, hating to see any other person cry.

"Ariel. Ariel happened!" She snaps.

Daisy strokes the girl's hair. Lena is younger than Daisy, Ariel and Summer. Daisy is friends with all of them, because everyone that meets Daisy, likes Daisy.

Nick walks up to them, his hands shoved in his pockets.

Lena pulls back after a minute. "She was in bed with Noah."

Daisy takes Lena's hand and they all start walking again. "We'll walk you home. It's on the way. Right, Nicky?" She smiles back at her brother.

He shrugs.

"Now. Back to Ariel. How did you find them?"

"In a compromising position." She says.

"Which position?"

Lena frowns. "I don't know. They were laying beside eachother and then she sat up and she was naked." She says. "And so was he."

"That could mean loads of things." Daisy says, always optimistic and happy. "And you know that they've been together forever, right?"

"No! They broke up!" Lena says tearfully.

"Noah and Ariel never 'break up'." Nick says with a smirk. "They'll always be together- this is like, what, the sixth time they've done this?"

"The third, Nicky." Daisy corrects gently.

"Whatever. Same thing."

Lena pulls away from Daisy. "Why would he do that to me?" She asks.

"Most likely, to make Ariel jealous. It obviously worked. She can't stand seeing him with other girls..." Daisy looks at Lena. "But the question is: why would you do that to her?"

Lena stops dead in her tracks. "Why would I... What the fuck do you mean why would I do that to HER?" She demands.

"You knew they loved eachother, Lena. And you even knew that he didn't love you and you didn't love him." Daisy shrugs. "Let's face it, Noah is fucking amazing in bed, but that's all you're going to get from him- unless you're Ariel."

Nick narrows his eyes. "How do you know if he's good in bed?"

"Last summer, he fucked me and Ariel in the back of some club." Daisy says, dismissively. "I thought I told you.." She frowns slightly, then smiles, reaching up to kiss Nick's cheek, whispering "You're much better than him," too quietly for Lena to hear.

Lena glares at Daisy. "I did not-"

"You can deny it all you want. But don't dwell on it for too long, or you'll end up like Summer. She texted me that she was fine. Is that correct?" Daisy asks.
