The baby shower/Baby troubles

   (Nialls POV)
The boys and I were finished with the stuff we had to do for the big concert in a few days. The boys, the girls and I decided to surprise Y/N with a baby shower. Since her family couldn't come out and my family was busy around the house with taking care of Theo they couldn't attend. So instead we decided to have it in the our hotel. We had the girls keep Y/N busy while the boys and I decorated the room with blue ballons, and decorations. The baby shower was more like a baby sprinkle becuase it wasn't really big it was just the boys, the girls and I with Y/N. It was finally time to call in Y/N and the girls. So I called up one of her band mates to tell her that the room was ready and that she could come over.

(Your POV)
  I was sitting on the bed with the girls when Abby's phone rang.
"Sorry girls I have to take this. It's my mom."
"Ok." I said.
  The rest of the girls and I knew that she and her parents have been fighting and thinking of a divorce.
"I really hope she's ok." Audrey said. "I really hate to see her so sad all the time."
All of us nodded in agreement. She then came into the room with a smile on her face.
"Guess what girls!!"
"What is it??"
"They stopped fighting and I'm gonna be a big sister again!!"
"Congratulations!"
  We all hugged her and them she added on something.
"Oh yeah and Niall want us to go back to your room Y/N, he and the boys have a surprise for you!"
"Oh ok..... wait shouldn't they be practicing for their concert in the next two days???"
"They pushed it back a couple more days so that they could squeeze in this surprise for you."
"Ok lets go!"

(3rd person)
You were guided to your room. The girls opened the door and you were surprised when you saw blue streamers, balloons and pretty much anything else you would find at a party.
"Hey princess!" Niall said as he came around the corner.
"I'm speechless Niall!"
"I figured that you would be."
"I can't believe that you would do this for me!"
"I would do anything for you and Zain!"
"Even throwing a surprise baby shower!"
"Yes even that!"
  He pulled you into a soft kiss and lead you to the bed. There was blue gifts of all sizes amd the rest of One Direction was sitting around the bed that was surrounded by baby blue flowers. You stared at everything in awe. As you finally got to the bed you sat down with some help from Niall. At that moment you had a non painful Braxton Hix contraction. To add with that Zain started to kick really hard. Niall noticed that you were uncomfterble, so he rubbed your back until you were comfterble and Zain had stopped kicking so hard.
"Ok lets open some presents shall we???" Louis asked as you got handed the first gift.
"Ok so this ones from Liam and Cheryl"
  You opened the gift to see a box. You opened the box and it showed a picture of four white jerseys. You dug deeper into the bag and pulled out three white jerseys that matched the picture. On the back they said Horan in green with 1D on Nialls and GPM on the back of yours. You thought Zains was the cutest. It was a cute newborn jersey and on the back it said Horan in green with the Irish flag but with the colors of your countrys flag on it.
"Oh thank you Liam this is so cute!"
"No problem Y/N I got them custom made by a friend of mine from back highschool."
"They did a very good job!"
Liam nodded and he passed you another present.
"Ok now this one is from Harry and Chloe."
  You pulled out a little golf outfit that matched Nialls golf outfit he usually wears when golfing. A little white polo shirt with an Irish flag and cute little black plaid shorts. It was also paired with some cute white Adidas.
"Oh my gosh Harry this is to cute! I could see Niall bringing Zain out golfing with him now!"
"Yeah that's what I thought when I saw this outfit."
"Thank you Harry and Chloe."
"No problem Y/N!" They said together as Harry pulled her in.
She handed you another present. It was bigger than the other ones so you had guessed it was Louis.
"Ok now this one is from Louis and Freddie!"
You unwrapped everything and you looked at what you were eying on ever since you got here. It was a baby blue onsie with black writing on it and it said 'My daddy is beautiful!' You started to tear up because you really loved this onsie.
"Oh my got Louis this is the onsie that I was eyeing!!!"
"Yeah Niall told me so I got the first one that came in."
  Niall had to help you with the other thing becuase it was hard to get out. It was a big plush guitar toy. To be honest it was as tall as you.
"Wow Louis this in incredible!"
"Well since both you and Niall play guitar why not Zain?"
"Yeah!"
  After you got eveything cleaned up Niall walked out of the room and came in with his hands behind his back.
"What is it Ni?"
"Its something special that I want to give to you!"
"Ok."
  He sat in the bed and pulled out a navy blue box he gave it to you and you opened it. Inside it was the most beautiful thing you've ever saw in your whole life. It was a blue diamond pearl necklace in the shape of wings. There was a note inside of the box. You read it out loud.
"Y/N my wife, carrier of our child and my best friend. You're the best thing that has happened to me. When I first saw you on television while on tour with the boys I couldn't believe how delicate you were with people and your family. Even when I was in bad times I would listen to you and see you on stage over and over again, it would cheer me up. If I were together with anyone else I wouldn't be as happy as I am with you. As I said on the X - factor as a guest judge you have an incredible voice and an extrodinary personality. I wanted you to sing more instead if hiding that beautiful voice of yours. When you got hit by the truck trying to save it that little girl I thought I was gonna lose you. When you performed for the first time since having the surgery done on your vocal cords and limbs I was so happy you were alive. And when you started to talk your new voice was beautiful. It was really sad that you couldn't use your real voice for awhile but when you sang Half A Heart with your new voice I fell in love with the shy girl I'd met on the X - factor. I chose these wings becuase your special and your always determined to keep moving on in your career. Even after a few months of being a band you split than you four girls came back together without the fitfh. With every performance you did I saw improvement and joy. I'll always love you Y/N and with little Zain on the way I'll love you even more. xoxo Niall"
By this time you were crying in tears. You looked at everyone and they were crying to. Even Niall. He kissed your head and put the necklace on you.
"Wow Y/N that looks stunning on you!" Liam said trying to wipe the tears from off of his face.
"Yes it does!"

It was late and you and Niall were just cuddling in the bed when Zain started to kick really hard and you'd find it uncomfterble. No matter how long or hard Niall rubbed your back Zain continued to kick harder and harder. Soon enough you said to Niall.
"Niall I'm getting worried.... I think you should call my midwife."
"Ok I'll call her right now."
Niall called her and put her on speaker.
"Hello Dr. Nowdays speaking how may I help you?"
"Hi this is Niall Horan and right now my wife Y/N is going through pains with our son kicking really hard and with that she has been saying that she's been having Braxton Hix contractions."
"Oh hi Mr. Horan so your wife has been having Braxton Hix contractns as long with your son kicking is that right?"
"Yes it is. And we're really worried. Should I bring her in?"
"Yes that would be a good idea. We just want to make sure that your son isn't in any destress or if she's in active labour."
"Ok thanks we'll be coming right away!"
"Ok we'll see you there."
You both got into the car with the hospital bag and drove to the hospital. Over the 20 minutes Zain was kicking harder and harder. It got so bad that you screamed out pain.
"Niall please make him stop!"
"I'm sorry sweetie but I can't we're almost there don't you worry!"
You screamed out in pain again for the next ten minuites until you got to the hospital.

You were finaly hooked up to machines but Zain still kept kicking. From time to time you needed Niall to help. Niall's phone began to ring and he picked it up.

(Nialls POV)
"Hello?"
"Hey Niall where are you?" Harry asked in the other end.
"I'm sorry I'm currently at the hospital right now with Y/N Zain has been kicking her as well as her having Braxton Hix contractions so wecalled and they said to come in."
"Ok Niall it's just that we have to head to the studio to practice the dancing side of stuff."
"Ok how long until you guys go?"
"In about an hour. Why?"
"I don't think I'm gonna be there....."
"Oh jeez ok I'll talk to Paul about it and see what he can do."
"Ok thanks bud! I appreciate that so much!"
(3rd person)
Niall hung up the phone and went back to helping you. At that moment the doctor walked in looked over Y/N and left the room. She came back 10 minuites later and said.
"I'm sorry to say but your son is in destress right now....... Mrs. Horan will have to stay here until further notice. Mr. Horan you'll have to leave. Your wife will meed a stress free enviorment until your son is out of this state."
And with that Niall walked out of the room into his car and drove back to the hotel. Crying all the way becuase the thought of Zain being in the state that he's in made Niall hoping and praying that you and Zain would be safe.

A/N: Now sorry for not updating for awhile I decided to mix two ideas of mine together. 1:The baby shower and 2: Baby troubles hope you liked this chapter! I made it extra long for the days I've missed uploading!!!!!
