Promise

After an hour or two, Goku and I had talked. He had said that he loved Chi Chi at some point in his married life. "The more I trained, I felt like she was moving farther away from me." I felt bad for him, when he talked about her.
I texted Gohan to bring Goten home because I couldn't do it right now when Goku is telling me his heart out.
"You miss her deeply...." "Yes.... I'm regretting so much things. I wish I could have spent more time with her..." He said staring at the ceiling. All I did was look at him, if I saw a tear coming from his eyes, I hug him tightly.
"Goku, let's go outside and get some air." I grab his wrapped towels arms,"why?" "It's almost dark out. Wanna look at the sunset and wait for Goten to come home?" "I guess..." We walk out the door slowly. We found a place to sit and watch the sun go down. "Goku..... I wanna give you something." I hesitate and go on,"I've been thinking about this for a long time and..... I think it's time. To. Give it. To you..."
I lean over and kiss his lips one last time. 'He kissed back... He finally kissed me back for what seemed like a long time' I thought.
"Please close your eyes." I grab his hands and cover his eyes with his own while mine are over his. "Please don't peek. Look until King Kai says to open them."
I fly away to somewhere that's close but yet far.
"King Kai?!" I said as I started crying. "Hm? What's wrong?" "Remember that thing you were telling me the last time we talked?" "Um yes.... Have you found someone to take the place?" "Yes...." "Who?" "....me...." "(Y/N)!! No you can't do this. Why are you doing this?!" "I want to see him happy. I wanna see the kids happy." I said crying harder. "You can't. He loves you." "Please King Kai...."
"If this is what you want... Then fine.... He is going to miss you. They are going to be looking for you."
"Please let her appear in front of him. And please don't tell them why, wait till I'm ready to tell them." I say as my final wish.
And like that, my last breath left me. Painless. I soon woke up next to King Kai. Then I heard him say,"open your eyes." Goku kept his eyes close the whole time.
