Goku x Reader

Little Pan

A few (3) months later your birthday was coming up. You and Goku are around the same age. It was actually tomorrow. Goku had just came back from training with Vegeta. I was busy making food for the both of us. He came over, lean down and gave me a kiss on my cheek.
"How was training sweetie?" I asked him while mixing the stir fry in the pan.
"It was great. How was work?" He asked back.
"It was okay. Kind of tiring." I said with a sigh.
He gave me another kiss but this time on the temple of my head.
I finished up making our food and served it on the table. We ate it within minutes. Goku had notice lately that I've been eating a bit more then what I was use to. I didn't notice it too much because I'm just really hungry.
I washed the dishes while Goku was sitting down at the table still, watching me and keeping me company. I finished up and went over to him. I kissed him on the cheek and he smiled.
It was around 8 at night and we were sitting down in the living room playing a card game.
There was a knock at the door. Goku jumped up and opened it. It was Gohan and Videl with little Pan.
"Hey guys, it's been a few!" Gohan said happily. I stood up and rushed over to them.
"Come in!!" I said with excitement. I love seeing them and I love seeing Pan because she's so cute and sweet.
I hugged all of them and so did Goku. Pan loves her grandpa. I remember the first time I met little Pan, she didn't know who I was and didn't know what to call me. It was right after I came back to life from those 5 years. After seeing Bulma, Gohan heard about me that day, coming back.
Little Pan called me Mamo. I wasn't her grandma but she loved me almost as much as she loves Goku.
"(Y/N), is tomorrow your birthday?" Videl asked.
I looked up at her from the ground and nodded. She smiled and said,"that's what Gohan told me since we haven't seen you nor celebrated your birthday in 5 years. Shall we throw a little party for you?"
I stood up and laughed,"it's really not a big deal. I don't usually celebrate my birthdays."
"Oh well we have to now!!!" Videl said smiling,"We will pick you up tomorrow around 5 in the afternoon, okay?"
I laughed,"okay." I said back in reply," do you guys want anything to drink?"

Time skipped

The kids left and now it was Goku and I in the house. We were getting ready for bed until I had an urge in my stomach to throw up. I ran to the restroom and lifted the toilet seat up. I started throwing up food from the meal I had with Goku earlier today. Goku came in the restroom with me. He grabbed my hair and held it away from my mouth and rubbed my back. I continued to throw up in the white toilet. I felt absolutely like crap.
Goku was comforting me with sweet words and kept wiping my face off with toilet paper.
"You'll be okay (Y/N). I love you. I'm here for you." Goku kept telling me.
I finally finished throwing up. Goku had wiped my mouth. He pulled me to him and hugged me.
"I love you. Do you need anything? You look beautiful." He said as he pulled back.
"Some medicine please." I spoke with a weak voice.
He gave me the medicine and picked me up. He laid me on our bed and tucked me in then soon he laid next to me ready to sleep. He wrapped his arm around me and I did the same to him. He kissed me goodnight and we drifted off to sleep.
