Jess made Ryu sign a contract to make it official. He got what he wanted in return.

After signing the contract, he made his rounds. Next on the list was Mr. Wilson.

Pagpasok ni Ryu sa kwarto ni Mr. Wilson na kasalukuyang nanonood ng tv, tumingin ito at ngumiti ang matanda sa kanya

"Good Morning nurse Kenichi"

"Good Morning Mr. Wilson. So how are you today?"

"I'm great, son. Did my niece contacted you? I'm sorry if I gave your number to her"

"It's okay Mr. Wilson and yes, Ms. San Antonio called last night"

"She's single, you know...", anlaki ng ngiti ng matanda kay Ryu

"Really sir... hahaha!", nailing na lang si Ryu habang kinukuhanan ng BP ang matanda

"Yes and she's taking up Law in UCLA. She got a scholarship there. She'll be back in three months so if you're not busy you can take her out on a date", proud na proud ang matanda sa nag-iisang pamangkin at nirereto pa talaga sa kanya

Hindi tumugon si Ryu sa pahayag ng matanda at iniba ang usapan, "The board approved my request, Mr. Wilson. Under my supervision, we could go out of the hospital every other day"

His shift is over. Pauwi na sya ng patakbong nilapitan ni Jessica si Ryu

"Ryu. You need to go to the boardroom right now"

"*sighs* Alright", naglakad na sya papuntang boardroom

"Good Morning, Mr. Kenichi", tumayo at kinamayan ako ng babaeng nasa mukha naman na mayaman pero simple lang ang pananamit. "I'm Mrs. Loren Agustin"

"The pleasure's all mine, Mr. Kenichi. We heard a lot of good things about you. In behalf of the board, we thank you for accepting our request. Well, I just want to personally introduce you to my daughter... Thea, come here", padabog na lumapit si Thea sa ina. "Mr. Kenichi, this is my one and only daughter, Thea Mclagyne Agustin..."

Ryu extended his hand to Thea pero tumango lang ito kay Ryu

"Thea!", masama ang tingin ni Mrs. Agustin sa anak

"It's okay Mrs. Agustin. I too is cranky in this early hours", sabay kindat kay Thea

Inirapan naman sya ni Thea.

Ngiti ang sinagot ni Ryuzaki.

Napailing na lang si Mrs. Agustin, "Well, you know what to do. I'll leave my daughter with you now, Mr. Kenichi"

"Yes Ma'am. I'll do my very best to guide her, teach her everything I know and I'll take good care of your daughter"

"Thank you so much, Mr. Kenichi", kinamayan nya ulit si Ryu

"You're welcome, Mrs. Agustin"

Lumabas na ng boardroom si Mrs. Agustin.

"Hi", nakangiting bati ni Ryu

"How much do they paid you to do this huh? I'll double it or triple it! Let's not waste both our time on this non-sense!"

"I'm not doing this for the money, miss"

"Really? I don't believe you", Thea rolled her eyes at Ryu

"I'm not here to convince you. I'm here to teach and guide you. Whether you like it or not, you have to listen to me. No buts! I hate whining! I so hate brats like you! Or might as well tell your mom that I'm an incompetent son of a bitch so we can end this shit once and for all! Got it?"

Napanganga si Thea. Speechless much?

"Any questions, miss?"

Umiling lang si Thea

"Alrighty then. I'm tired. I'm going home. Be here eight o'clock monday morning", hindi na hinintay ni Ryu ang sagot ni Thea. Lumabas na ito ng boardroom at dumiretso na sa parking lot.

Umuwi muna si Ryu at umidlip bago ito pumasok uli sa pinapasukang accounting firm. Katabi nya sina Yash at Shae sa kama.

Bago pumasok si Ryu sa work ay sya namang dating ni Andy sa bahay nya.

Habang naliligo si Ryu ay hinanda na ni Andy ang isusuot ni Ryu sa pagpasok. Pinagluto na din nya ito. Ganyan ang routine nila Monday to Friday. Off kasi ni Ryu ng Saturday and Sunday.

Paglabas ni Ryu sa bathroom, sinalubong agad sya ni Andy and humalik, "Good Morning, babe"

"Good Morning"

"What's with the long face?"

"Oh nothing. I'm just tired. That's all"

"Do you want a quick massage?"

"Maybe later. I got a lot of paperworks to finish today"

"Okay. Are you hungry?"

"Kinda"

"Tara na sa baba. Brunch is ready"

Pagpasok ni Ryu, napansin nyang may mga bagong mukha.
May bagong mga intern sa kanilang firm.
Dumiretso na sya sa kanyang office. The paperworks are piling up again. But then, there's a knock on the door...

Si Lester ay isa sa mga Senior Partner ng firm. Ryu was promoted as a Junior Partner a week before.

"We have new interns and I assigned one for you", at inabot ni Lester ang Curriculum Vitae ng intern kay Ryu

Tinawag ni Lester ang isang babae sa labas ng office nya.
