"CHAPTER 3"

"Good morning Mr. Hanz." I greeted him with a smile. I thought he would look like an old type of secretary, but he's not. He's kinda hot, his a bit older than me and has a built body, he must've been going to the gym. He's good looking too, but not as good looking as Troy my loves hihi.

Okay tama na landi Cassy, we're here for work.

"Good morning Ms. Ortega, welcome to CC's Advertising. Please come with me to my office so we could talk about your terms and conditions." I followed him towards his office. The company's building isn't old, actually it seems a bit new. It's has an elegant design of black, white and gray. The flooring is tiled and the walls are mostly glassed, but there's one big door at the middle, the walls that surround it isn't glass.

We also went into his office, it's also not glassed wall. It's walls are all white, it feels so clean in here and fresh. He instructed me to sit in front of his seat.

"Today, the big boss is at a meeting so you won't be able to meet him for now, later you might if his off early. But you'll get to meet the other employees and your co-intern." I nod as I listen to him. "So let's talk about your terms and conditions."

The talk with Mr. Hanz went well, he was nice even though he seemed very strict. Now I'm at my station fixing my things. When somebody pat my back, I look at the person behind me. She's a girl same aged as me, her curly hair let down on her shoulders. "Y-yes?" I asked.

"Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm also an intern here. I hope we could be friends." She seemed nice, I took her hand and shook it. "I'm Cassy, nice too meet you Nicole." I smiled at her, she sat at the station beside me. So that's where she's seated. "How long have you been an intern here?" I just can't help myself but asked.

"Hmmm, let me think. Bago lang ako ditto, maybe 3-4 weeks."

"I see, how are the people here? Are there any precautions I need to know? How about the boss? Is he nice or what?" Oh my nosy mouth. I just need to know how Mr. Chavez deals with employees here. Just for a quick start, so that I'll be ready to meet him later.

"Well, the people here are nice. And the boss?" she looked around to see if anyone was listening. "The boss is very much hot and handsome, like he's secretary." Habang sinasabi nya ang mga iyon ay parang kumikintab kintab pa ang mga mata nya. Geez, landi.

"T-talaga? But how does he treat employees?" nakataas na kilay kong tanong, baka mamaya gwapo nga pero masama ang ugali, jusko!

"Oh! Mabait sya, masungit nga lang minsan. Bihira syang ngumiti, ngumigiti lang yun pag nagging success ang isa sa mga project natin at pag nandito si Ma'am Carmella." Malungkot nyang banggit. Napatango na lang ako, so ay girlfriend pala si boss, okay okay. Off limits.

"Sige Nicole, salamat sa pag sagot sa mga tanong ko. Let's go na sa training?" I smiled.

"Sure, let's go." And we both went to the training room, where we will be lectured and trained.

The day went by fast, I didn't even notice it going by. From 8am, now it's already 3:48pm. Onting onti na lang uwian na. Nagulat ako nang biglang nagsitayuan ang ibang employees, at hinila rin ako ni Nicole.

"Anong meron Nicole?" bulong ko sakanya.

"Andyan na si big boss wag ka maingay." Nagulat ako sa sagot nya, akala ko di ko na maaabutan si boss eh. Makikita ko na rin sya sa wakas, pero bat parang nahihiya ako. Shocks.

Naririnig ko nang binabati sya nang ibang employees, nasa dulo kasi ang station naming ni Nicole, kaya di agad kita dahil nasa unahan palang sya. Ang napansin ko lang ay ang mascular built nyang katawa, ang office attire na black and gray nyang suot, pero hindi ko pa sya namumukhaan.

Hindi nya man lang binabati ang mga employees, tuloy tuloy lang sya sa paglakad, how rude. Tumitig na lang ako sa paahan ko nang maramdaman kong papalapit na sya samin.

"Good Afternoon Sir." Bati ko nang nakayuko, akala ko ay tuloy tuloy lang sya sa paglakad, nagulat ako nang tumigil sya sa harap ko. Fudge! Kinakabahan ako!

"That isn't the right way to greet, is it Ms. Ortega?" ang manly ng voice nya, pero bat parang familiar?

"I'm sorry Mr. Chavez." Dahan dahan kong inangat ang tingin ko, mula sa sapatos nya pataas.

*Gasp* gulat na gulat ako. Ang gwapo nya, tama si Nicole, ang bango nya amoy ko ang pabango nya dahil nasa tapat ko lang sya. He's staring at me with his dreamy eyes with a smirk on his lips, it's making me want to melt. He is very hamdsome and hot, but I'm not surprised about that. I'm surprised because it's him! It's really him!

I'm stopping myself from screaming and calling out his name, the other employees might get intrigue. "I'm sorry Mr. C-chavez, it won't happen again sir." Kinakabahan kong sagot.

"It's okay Ms. Ortega, please come to my office." Sa mata siguro nang ibang tao magiging drawin dead ako kay sir sa ginawa ko, di nila alam magkakilala kami. Tsk. Nilingon ko muna si Nicole, nakita kong nag aalala sya para sakin. Sumenyas ako na magiging okay lang ako. Sana.

Sumunod ako sa kanyang yapak papunta sa office nya. He closed the door and instructed me to seat down. Pigil na pigil parin akong magsalita at mag freak out, dahil boss ko sya!

He sat at the seat in front of me, and he still hasn't removed that smirk on his face, and I find it very annoying.

"So how's your first day of work here at my company, Ms. Ortega?" dumekwatro pa sya nang upo, napaka angas.

"Okay naman po, Sir." Magalang kong sagot, he's still my boss, I need to respect him.

"Oh Cassy, let's just drop the formality, tayong dalawa lang naman ang nandito. How have you been?" he sounds amused.

I'm trying to remain myself calm, but I just can't. "TROY?!" I shouted. He was caught off guard, he looked shocked and afraid at some moment. Baka namamalikmata lang ako. "Troy Chavez?! OMG! I still can't believe it that you're my boss? Is this a joke? Did you help me to get in? Because I swear if you did—"

He stopped me by holding my unstoppable mouth. "Quiet Cassy! You're too loud!" I glared at him, he slowly took his hand of and sat calmly. "Okay let me explain, yes this is my mom's company, now I manage it. And no I did not help you to get in, my secretary chooses the interns that would be hired. I don't choose, he does. Us meeting here is either a coincident or destiny."

I just stare at him trying to absorb what he just said, this guy is rich as fck. I slowly understand it, now my big time hero crush is now my boss. Oh my freaking gosh. But then I remembered what Nicole said, Carmella, his girlfriend. That made me feel, ish.

"O-okay Troy, I mean boss. I understand now." I nod carefully, I felt a bit down for no known reason, I should be happy right? *sigh*

He nods not knowing to say. "So I'll see you around then boss? I'll be heading out, I need to finish some stuff." I said in a monotone voice.

"Oh" he sounded disappointed. "Okay Cassy, I'll see you around. I hope we'll get some time to catch up." I just smiled at him and left his office.

As I was about to sit at my station, "Cassy! What happened? Are you okay?" Nicole asked me.

"Nicole, I'm fine. He just asked me about my first day here at work." She was still worried, I could see it in her face. I just gave her a reassuring smile.

This has been the longest one hour of my life, I could still see Troy going in and out of the office, sometimes I catch him looking at me, or he catches me looking at him. This is making me go crazy, I want to go home now, call Elle and tell her everything.
