"Ali, Ali, Alissa!" I was awoken by my mother's alarming voice.
"Yeah", I said as I started to take in my surrounding.
"You need to get up now, it's almost time for school", my mother said before leaving my room.
I checked my phone just to see that it was only 5:59 a.m. and the bus was schedule to arrive at my gate at 7. Mothers' these days always over exaggerating.
I lazily went into the bathroom took a long warm shower, brushed my teeth and got dressed.
I proceeded into the kitchen where I was greeted with the strong aroma of bacon and eggs.
"Good Morning Ali", dad said with a glowing smile.
Normally my parents don't prepare breakfast during the week so this was a shock to me.
"Morning dad", what's the occasion?", I asked as I grabbed a bacon from the plate.
"Do you remember the Peterson family", my dad asked before handing a strip of bacon to our family cat, Emily.
" The who", I said in a questionable voice.
" Mark, she wouldn't remember them, they moved when she was only 5", Mom said.
" Wait I'm confused who are the Peterson family", I said in a high pitched voice.
" The Peterson family had lived next door before they moved to New York but now they are back just two houses away from us", mom stated.
" Oh do they have any kids" I said waiting anxiously for an answer.
" Yes, two girls and one boy " dad answered.
" Oh just like us but only the opposite two annoying boys and one beautiful girl", I responded feeling self praised.
" Yes", mom said giving me a weird look.
"Wait but I don't get what this had to do with making breakfast", I asked.
"Oh nothing just felt like it", dad answered lazily.
"No it's mine, No it's mine", you could hear the shouts of my older twin brothers Jack and Jackson.
"I'll see what's wrong now", dad sighed.
I was just about to leave the house when my mom shouted " The Peterson family are coming over for dinner".
