Louis (Age 7)

"Y/N?" You got up and ran to wherever your name was being called. "Yeah?" You asked, holding a Barbie Doll and playing with the hair.

"Mum and dad went out for the night. The guys are coming over so please, just stay upstairs," Louis groaned, rubbing his hands over his face.

He's been in a mood all day and you've been avoiding him.

"Okay," you said, shrugging and turning around. You headed back upstairs, going back to doing what you were doing as if you never left. What seemed like five minutes was, in reality, two hours later, Louis called you down for dinner.

You went down, walking into the kitchen with a different doll in hand this time. He seemed almost annoyed at your presence.

"Put your doll down and eat. I saved you a slice of pizza." Your eyes went wide, but you did what he said.

"You only saved me one?" You asked, taking the plate.

He huffed, shoving it into your hands. "Just eat."

"She can have my last slice if she wants," Niall piped up. Louis just waved him off.

"She's fine."
He steered you to your seat, pushing you down into it forcefully.

"Louis," you whined softly, looking up to him and back down at the cold slice of pizza.

"Shut up, Y/N. They're guests. You're fine with one slice of the goddamned pizza." You flinched at his tone and grip on your shoulder.

You blinked away tears, just wishing your mum would come home already. He never swore at you.

You waited for Louis to sit down before you got back up, reaching for a cup. You being only seven, someone always assisted you in getting things that easily broke.

"Y/N, what are you doing now?" Louis huffed.

"Getting a cup," you mumbled, sticking your tongue out in concentration.

"Here, let me help you," Harry said, moving to help you.

But, as it was destined to happen, a loud crash filled the room. Glass went everywhere and you gasped.

"Y/N!" Louis growled.

You flinched.

"Louis, chill out, mate," Liam said, standing up and physically holding him back.

"I told her to stay-"

"No, she's seven," Niall interjected. "You've scared her. You're in a pissy mood and I don't know why, but she's your little sister."

You turned around, tears brimming your eyes. You didn't know how you were going to get out; there was glass everywhere. You looked sadly to the ground, then up at Harry who was frozen still.

He finally snapped out of it and looked at you sympathetically, reaching out for you. He maneuvered around the glass, holding his arms out for you. You reached back for him compliantly.

"C'mere, babe. You're not in trouble, it's fine. Shh," he cooed, taking you into the other room and away from the arguing boys.

"It's my fault," you sniffled into Harry's shirt collar.

He rubbed your back, sitting on the couch. "No it's not. Your brother's just a little...um, sleepy. He'll be okay. Don't cry."

You nodded, trying to stifle your tears.

"Y/N?" Niall asked, coming into the room. You lifted your head off Harry's shoulder to see him holding two slices of pizza and a cup of water. "Here you go, angel."
