He smiled at the camera, it was the biggest smile he'd ever worn and it had been permanently resting on his face since he arrived back to the Sidemen house and found a envelope on his bed, one which told him to go to the park where he would find the next instruction. Beside the envelope he had found a tiny little teddy bear that was yellow. He knew it must have been from Alex.
"So, my girlfriend- as you'll all know her as Alex, has left me this envelope and this teddy bear telling me to go to the park so I thought I'd bring everyone with me and see what this is about. For those wondering, Nathan is out with JJ and Hannah for a little shopping trip as Hannah and JJ love to spoil Nathan as if he's almost their own son," Simon laughs and he grabs his car keys and the envelope and teddy bear. He heads down and out to his car, still carrying the camera as he turns over the engine and pulls on his seatbelt.
"I'm slightly confused, and I hope its something good, and I'm nervous and excited, but lets go see whats at the park," Simon says as he slips on his glasses and pulls off.
After a 20 minute drive Simon pulls up to the park. He grabs his camera and heads out, he travels across the park, he somehow knows exactly where to go and finds another envelope sat on a bench, a yellow balloon tied to the back of the bench which causes Simon to chuckle. He takes the envelope and records himself opening it and he finds another piece of paper reading Go to our favourite coffee shop and ask for my regular. Simon removes the balloon and travels across the park back to the car.
After another 10 minute drive he's at the coffee shop and he takes a moment to recall what Alex's order is before getting out and heading inside, the camera focused in front of him as he goes inside.
"Simon, how's it going man?" Asks the man behind the counter who knew Simon and Alex quite well by now purely based on the amount of time they spend here.
"I'll get a caramel mocha please, you know, Alex's favourite," Simon says and the man known as Connor nods, he reaches under the counter and takes out an envelope which only causes Simon to roll his eyes and for a small smile to come over his lips.
"Great, thanks Con," Simon says, grabbing the envelope and waiting as Connor also grabs a pastel yellow bib.
"What the hell?" Simon mutters, taking the bib into his hands and then glancing back at Connor.
"Don't ask me man," Connor says, holding his hands up to show his innocence.
"Thanks...I guess?" Simon laughs before heading outside and back to the car. Once inside he throws the bib onto the passenger seat and opens the envelope.
