"Alright, this is the last house of Lord Alvin." Fishlegs said as they dismounted their dragons.

"This is our last house before we have to start checking the foreign guests." Eret said to Hiccup. "And I really do hope she's in here."

"I hope so too." The prince agreed.

As they walked up to the house, they were greeted by two large green and red Rumblehorns who were asleep on the front steps of the mansion. Hiccup gave a small chuckle before walking forward and scratching one of the dragons between the horns. The dragon opened one eye sleepily before getting to it's feet and walking off the steps.

"They must be pretty rich to own one of those." Eret said as the Rumblehorn walked off to the garden that was behind the house. "They're expensive guard dragons."

"Shouldn't there be other servants?" Tuffnut asked glancing around. "Because this place looks deserted and the front lawn needs some fixing."

"They're probably inside." Dagur said walking to the door and knocking on it. "I wonder if this place is even abandoned."

The door opened and a dark haired girl in a simple purple gown poked her head out. Her green eyes widened in surprise before giving the group a smile.

"Your majesty! Please come in!" She said opening the door a little more wider. "I'll get my father to let him know you are here."

"Isn't that the girl you dance with?" Dagur whispered to Eret.

"Yeah why?" Eret asked.

"You said she had a sister named Astrid and Hiccup said his mystery girl's name was Astrid, what if they were the same person?"

"She said her sister was at home, plus there are lots of girls named Astrid, apparently it's a popular name in the region."

"Just saying, it sounds coincidental, but I have a good feeling our boy's future wife is in this house."

"Ah prince Haddock! What a pleasure to meet you!" A large dark haired man with a neatly brushed beard and fine clothes said as he entered the room. "I hope your little journey hasn't worn you out too much."

"It hasn't, but thank you for your concerns." Hiccup said with a nod. "Do you have any daughters in your house?"

"Why yes! My darlings Heather, the one who just greeted you at the door, and her sister Ruffnut!" Alvin said gesturing to the girl with the dark hair and the blonde girl who had entered the room and both curtsied.

"Would they like to try the slipper to see if it fits?" Tuffnut asked pulling the glass shoe out of the satchel.

"Of course! Go on my dears!" Alvin said pushing his daughters forward. "Don't be shy!"

"Eret, Snotlout, let's go." Dagur whispered and started to walk away from the group.

"Where's Astrid?" Heather whispered to her sister.

"I don't know, last time I saw her was in here cleaning." Ruffnut whispered back. "You think father heard us and locked her away?"

"I wouldn't doubt it." Heather muttered as she sat down on a stool to fit the shoe.

She noticed that three of the court members, including the one she danced with the night before, had walked out of the room.

'Probably to use the privy.' She thought as she tried slipping the shoe on. 'Or looking around for any servants to fit the slipper on. I hope they find Astrid.'

"You slimy son of a troll!" Astrid screamed as she flung herself against the door again in hopes of breaking it.
