~Chapter Fifteen~

~Gladion's P.O.V~

"Thank you, (y/n), for finding the UB." "You're welcome, Looker sir." "Please, just call me Looker." "Okay, Looker." "I think we're going to let you keep the UB." "You serious!?" (y/n) said, unable to contain her excitement. "Yes." "Thanks, so much!" "Just make sure to take good care of it." "Don't worry, I will." "Good."

Looker then turned to me. "I would also like to thank you, Mr. President. For, without your help, the whole mission would've failed." "I just did what had to be done." "You're free to go." "But, what about the other Ultra Beasts?" "Now that we know what we're going up against, we can better prepare for the other Ultra Beasts. Plus, we don't want you to have your memories blocked again." "Makes sense."

"Here, for helping with the case." Looker then handed (y/n) a lot of poke dollars. The amount... A lot. "Thank you!" (y/n) said, with a smile on her face. "You're welcome. And, be sure to let us know, if you see anything suspicious." "We will." "Good. You're free to go."

I then took (y/n)'s hand, and, together, we headed out of the secret lab. "So, what's next?" "What's next in what?" I questioned. "What's next in life. I mean, we are dating now. What do we want to do with our lives now?" Hmm... I didn't think of that before. "I'm not sure. But, it doesn't matter, as long as I'm with you."

(y/n) looked at me, with a huge smile. One that just melted my heart. A few months ago, I would've hated the fact that I was in love. But, now, I'm glad, that I'm in love. For, if I wasn't in love, I wouldn't have this amazing person with me. I then pulled (y/n) in, for a heated, passionate, kiss. And, even though I'm not a mind reader, I can tell (y/n) loved it. (y/n), you truly are something else. I just hope that this kiss won't someday be just a distant memory...
