"so you come here everynight...?" mark mumbled as he was lying down next to chaeah.

chaeah nodded, even though mark wouldn't see her.

"do you... remember?" chaeah asked, referring to stargazing together when they were younger.

"yeah."

"i come here whenever i feel stressed and watch the stars. i think they calm me down," chaeah explained. "i think it's been happening everyday."

mark didn't answer until after a few moments.

"i stargaze on my roof sometimes... but i've been too busy to do it oftenly."

"what... are you busy with?"

"it's nothing," mark shrugged.

a sharp pang stabbed chaeah's chest as she realized what he was saying. he was too busy to stargaze. he was to busy for her.

"mark?"

mark turned his head away from the stars to look at chaeah.

"do you miss me?"

mark's head turned back to the stars.

and he never gave her an answer.

then he stood up and left.
