The next day I woke up to find my mom making Arabian bread. So I helped her, prayed fajer, got Dressed up and went to school.
I texted Alisa and told her to meet me by the bathrooms. While I was texting and not paying attention to where ever I was going, I ran into a huge frame which made me almost fall but the person quickly caught me before I could hit the ground.
I opened my eyes and met with the most gorgeous blue eyes ever. I looked at how his hands were around my waist and I quickly jerked away when I realized we were in a intense physical contact. Which I should not have with the other gender.
"Umm thank you.." I bowed my head to cover the blush that was creeping on my face, but was failing miserably.
"No problem." He winked and left me awkwardly standing there like a habla (maniac) . What the hell? Istaghfurallah! (a word we say when we do or see something sinful).
I shook my head and ran towards the bathrooms immediately. I spotted Alisa and I went running towards her.
"I've been waiting for five minutes, where were you?" She cocks her head to the side questionably.
"I-I- nothing." I huff and roll my eyes. She narrows her eyes at me, then drags me away with her when we heard the first period bell ring.
It was now lunch. Me and Alisa were sitting in our normal spot eating and talking about random stuff.
"Imma go get napkins." I said standing up and dusting off my clothes.
"Kk, and get some extra for me."
I walked inside the cafeteria and pulled out a whole bunch of napkins. I turned around to collide with a huge frame which made me almost fall, but good thing the bar stool helped me balance my self.
"Looks like you run into lots of people, huh?" I raised my head to see the person and was shocked. AGAIN?!
"Umm-umm." A blush was now creeping on my face. I don't know I blush every time I see him. I never blush when any other guys talk to me.
He raises a brow and laughs, while shacking his head disapprovingly.
"Umm-umm." I was out of words. "Walek ya habla, mu mlakya ela itjeeby maharem hala (you stupid, u could've just waited to get napkins later)." I muttered under my breathe.
I looked up to find him chuckling while raising a brow. Good thing he doesn't understand what I'm saying. I smiled shyly then ran away immediately out of the cafeteria towards Alisa.
"What took you so long?" She puts her phone down on the table and cocks her head to the side questionably.
"Uumm, traffic." I spat and sat back on my spot.
"Traffic? Where the hell did you go to get napkins from." She takes a napkins from my head while chuckling.
I don't know why I get lost of words after I see him. I act before my mind could think. I don't even know his name! Like WHAT THE HELL!
I saw him walking towards his friends that were sitting directly in front of us. Our eyes met, he shook his head and chuckled again, sitting back on his friends table.
Good thing those Douche bags didn't say anything to me today. Because I already feel terrible and embarrassed from what happened minutes ago.
"Are you okay? Why are you staring at the new guy?" Alisa smirks, resting her hand on the table and placing her chin to relax on top of her hand. Cocking he head to the side questionably.
"I-I wasn't looking at him. I-I was staring at the wall that was behind him." I lie trying to pull out an act which failed miserably too.
"Yeah, yeah whatever." She shakes her head and picks up her phone again. " I'm not stupid. Don't forget I'm and actor, so I know when someone's acting." She gives me a last smirk, then dismisses scrolling through her phone.
Yes, Alisa is an actor. She's the head leader of the acting academy in this school. Well, she's lucky to have a talent unlike me, worthless. Like what my mom said 'all you do is eat and sleep' I couldn't deny those words she said. Because seriously, that's all I do. Lol
