It's been three months since the incident, and Tord hasn't really changed in the coarse of time that passed...

Tord had been seated in his apartment room, the TV the only source of sound echoing throughout the house as he stared silently at the wall across from him. The rain had been pouring outside, along with a few muffled claps of thunder here and there while he sighed. Over the past three months, it's been hard for him to think straight without horrid flashbacks playing over and over through his head.

He decided to try and find something to take his mind off of things, his hand reaching out to grab the remote as he lightly traced his thumb over the button, gently pressing down a few times until he gave up while letting the remote fall to the floor with an ever-so-slight thud. Tord coiled in on himself, his mind filling with more thoughts as his vision blurred with tears, bringing a familiar sting sensation to his eyes.

Slowly, the tears fell one by one, soon creating a steady stream of tears as he hid his face into his knees, allowing his shaky sobs to escape.

Knock.

Knock.

Two erie knocks caused the Norwegian's head to perk up, his hands quickly moving to wipe his face clean from tears, which had failed due to them coming out in slow streams. "C-Come in..." He mumbled softly.

The doorknob twisted at an almost agonizing pace, and in walked a familiar person. A person Tord hadn't seen in three months. A person responsible for ruining lives. The Green Leader himself.

Edd.

He seemed at the moment to not care who came in, his face hidden as he tried hiding the fact that he had been crying over something from the past. He had a surprise coming for when he looked up and saw the very reason he had been this way. That is, until he felt a tap on his shoulder, causing him to look up slowly. In an instant, his face froze in horror.

Edd had flashed a small grin at him, waving in an almost friendly manner as he tossed one of his crushed Cola came across the room, landing it perfectly in the trashcan.

Tord's eyes widened, his silvery pupils dialating and his tears falling at an even faster pace now. He was frozen in shock, now slightly trembling as his breathing quickened as it was caught in his throat. He was hyperventilating in his state of panic he was froze in.

"Aww, what's the matter~? Cat got your tongue?" He chuckled lowly, each step he took tracking a trail of mud on the floor as he stepped closer to Tord. He quickly scrambled back away, tripping once he stumbled over one of his chairs as he felt Edd approach him. He simply walked right up to the Norwegian, towering over him. The heel of his boot pressed against Tord's stomach hard enough to make his breath hitch. He seemed to tense up quickly, his eyes going completely wide as he trembled more. He was terrified.

"Oh paw-lease. You're acting like I'm here to murder you," he snorted. His boot ground against his stomach until mud was printed onto the shirt. The sickening pun made Tord whimper, trying to pull himself to shrink up and hide, but the boot making it almost impossible to coil in on himself again.

Suddenly in an instant, Tord lifted his fist, shakily hitting Edd's leg right above his ankle. "You murdered him!!" He shouted, squirming around under him as he constantly repeated the phrase, hitting his leg over and over again.

Edd pressed his foot down harder, causing the small Norsk to cough slightly. "Someone's feisty today," he commented over Tord's yelling, shoving his hands in his pockets as he glared down at him.Although the pressure from the boot had started to hurt his stomach, he continued, his actions growing more violent. "Murderer! He's d-dead because of you!!"

"I was simply getting rid of the problem," he sang as he picked up his boot.

That's it...

Tord quickly scrambled to push himself to his feet, his eyes glossy with tears and hiccups escaping him still. "Patryk was no p-problem!" He choked out, letting out a yell of frustration, running forward and pushing Edd back. "He did nothing wrong! You're a murderer!!"

Edd stumbled back, scoffing at Tord as he quickly regained his balance. "It's not like I planned it. He was starting to get in my way."

In a moment, Tord sank down to his knees, covering his face as he began to cry all over again. To Edd's pleasure, he seemed to enjoy seeing Tord cry, a sick grin forming on his pale lips as he snickered lowly. Edd walked back toward him and pushed him down with his foot roughly. "Look at yourself. Crying like a baby."

Tord let out a quiet yelp, moving his hands to his side to keep him from falling completely over. A soft sigh slipped past Edd's lips as he shook his head. "I suppose my offer will just have to be put away for later." He slowly lifted his head, wiping his eyes with his hand as he spoke with hesitation. "What o-offer...?" Tord choked out.

"I said it'll have to wait..." And with that he turned to the door, walking out of the room and slamming the door behind him.

Tord slowly climbed to his feet, wincing as he held his stomach and coughed softly, starting to choke on his sobs as he continues to tremble.

He stood there frozen for a couple minutes before he finally looked up, slowly making his way out of his apartment and down the hall, knocking on one of the only friends he could trust at the moment.

The door slowly opened, a wornout-looking Paul standing in the doorway to greet Tord. Paul rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, staring at Tord. "What's wrong, bud?" he asked softly, moving to the side to let the Norwegian in. "It's Edd... He came back..." Tord walked in, turning around to face his close friend once he did.

Paul's eyes widened and he quickly took a look down the narrow hall before shutting and locking the door. "What do you mean, 'he came back'?"

"H-He showed up at my door and stepped on me," He paused, looking down to brush some of the dried mud from his hoodie. "and then said his offer would have to wait until later... I-I was scared, Paul...." Tord whimpered, hiccuping silently as he looked down. "I managed to push him before he kicked me.." He slowly lifted his sleeve, slowing a bruise already forming where he had been kicked down after falling. Paul stared down at the boot mark, glancing from it, to the bruise, then to Tord's face. He paled, freezing.

"Oh dear God..."
