Persephone's P.O.V

I was back in the gardens. It was peaceful when Hades left. However, I felt empty.

What was this feeling?

I was pondering wether or not I should try look for Hades and see if he was still on Olympus.

Then I heard yelling.

"Get off of me!"

A strong mans voice roared.

"Ares! Please! Your going out of control!"

A woman's voice said.

The male voice must have been Ares. The woman's voice sounded like silk.

Aphrodite.

I hid behind a pillar and peeked over to see Ares turned away from Aphrodite.

The war God fell to the ground.

"That damn water god! He's trying to take you away from me! Again!" Ares shouted. He banged his fist on the concrete. The ground cracked.

"...Ares..." Aphrodite said softly, she came up behind him and wrapped her arms around her lover.

"I will never let him take me away," Aphrodite told him.

I smiled. Aphrodite was a powerful goddess, the way she fought was through emotions. Through love.

I walked away silently.

I heard my mother call through Olympus.

"Persephone! We're going!" She said.

I quickly ran to mothers chariot.

"What have you done all day?" Mother asked as the chariot rolled off.

I smiled then responded.

"Well I just stayed in the Olympian gardens, then I saw Hades and-"

"Hades!? What were you doing with him?" She asked as she narrowed her eyes at me.

"W-wait, mother, he's just a friend-"

"Hades doesn't have any friends nor does he need any," mother said coldly.

What? I thought mother was being too cruel. Hades was a nice man, and she's here saying he doesn't have nor need any friends.

"Never go near, or talk to that God ever again," mother said.

I remained silent.

"Do you understand?!" Mother shouted causing me to flinch.

I gulped then nodded.

She then left me in the main room, I sat down on a chair and sighed. Why was it, I was sadden by the fact of not being able to see Lord Hades again?
