Dr.Malfoy's Priority Patient - A dramione story

TWELVE

 Draco's POV 

Gosh! she is so beautiful.... i wonder how, i had the heart to pick on her for all those years back in school. I watch her as she sleeps, snuggling into my chest. I feel her stir , Great she's  about to wake up. Not wanting to freak her out , I leave the bed carefully, and make my way to the Kitchen. Just as i reach for the bowl to mix the ingredients for the pancake batter , I Notice an Owl Fly in through the Lower balcony , thats now open. "That's strange" i muse , My mother saw us last night and besides this wasn't the family owl. I take the Ivory coloured Envelope and give the bird a cookie. Turning the Envelope over i notice the Hogwarts Seal. It's about the Memorial Ball that also serves as a reunion. "Fuck!"

Hermione's POV

I wake up to the smell of Pancakes , Draco was in the kitchen. Climbing out of bed I make my way to the Bathroom and Brush my teeth....... just in case , Something that happened last night happens again. I smile making my way down into the kitchen. Draco is busy flipping a pancake over,and doesn't notice that I have perched myself on a stool at the breakfast bar. His back is towards me and he's still in the Pajamas that he wore last night. I take a moment to admire his well sculpted back, watching his muscles flex with every move. Taking in the several - now faint scars that mark his otherwise flawless body . Must have been from Lucius ....Just then his voice pulled me out of my trance , He still had his back towards me though. "Morning Sunshine !" i could feel him Smirk . The GIT!!!!! "Morning Dr.Malfoy, just how did you know i was here ? " i batted my eyelashes , as he turned towards me with two plates in his hand . "You were practically burning holes into my back!" he chuckled Sitting down On the chair next to mine . 

"Draco...." I mused, " Yes Love?" he asked taking a bite of his pancakes. " First These are Amazing! if you didn't use magic that is ..... And Second - I think I like you." Okay! i can't believe i just said that . I watched as His Expression went from 'Wow' To 'what' .

Third person's POV

Draco looked at Hermione after she had told him that she likes him, Wiping the grin of his face he looked at her with Dark eyes . Giving her a look that scared her. "Granger i ...." he started with a blank expression. 'Granger.....' she thought , He called her 'Granger' after she'd just told him that she likes him. Her heart was sinking. 

Then he did the unthinkable. He went down on one knee. 

"Hermione Jean Granger.... I have liked you ever since forever ....." he chuckled nervously , Draco Malfoy was NERVOUS !!!! " Okay I'm not going to get too cheesy , I've liked you ever since you punched my in my face in third year , You were the only girl that Wasn't afraid of standing up to me , even after i  tortured you! you were always perfect a perfect mixture of beauty and brains   , and if it wasn't for that Fucking Git of my excuse of a father . I'd never have let Weasel be with you let alone-Lay a hand on you. I don't want to rush into things .... but will you please be My Girlfriend?" He pondered weather he should ask her to be his wife and slip the ring on instead , but then he never wanted to freak her out , and one thing he was sure of - If life had brought her back to him after all this time , Time would play the trick eventually. He waited for her to respond.

"Yes Dr.Draco Malfoy, and you've defiantly set a high bar for ...... " she trailed off kissing him " when It's time ...." he Smiled 

" Get ready , I told you i was taking you to see my workplace today " Hermione said 

" Yes, Ma'am!  I shall also have the honour of taking you to the London office of Malfoy Inc. after we have seen your workplace!"

"Okay- Hey Draco .. Did you get a letter from Hogwarts ? " She asked 

" Yeah! I was just ....."

" Yeah No , My assistant called from work ... She said There was this letter from School, And yes before you ask she's a Muggle. Hogwarts is a normal boarding school for her......."

"Will you go to the ball with me?" He asked looking at her with adoration.

"What ball?"

"The letter that has come , is about the Memorial Ball..... I got one too this morning ....So will you?"

She smiled "Do i have a choice ? , Would you let me go with somebody else?" 

"Never."

"Exactly" she said kissing him on the cheek. "Now go shower , We got to go soon "

"Care to join me ?" he winked 

"YOU WISH!!!" she screamed , throwing an Apple at him , which he caught and bit into , as her made his way up the stairs , A happy man .
