At this point everything was beyond weird, nothing like these has ever happened to me. It's like someone gets inside my head, like I don't dream but instead I live an alternal reality, where everything is frozen, and nothing truly matters, I guess it is very real.
Elizabeth was waving both of her hands in front of me looking like she was crazy, or maybe desperate.
"Relax" I told her with a low voice, almost like my voice had faded and my whole felt just like that low and strange voice would, it was like my soul was completely separated from my body, like my head and my heart had just departed it but they were still inside it
"You have been sleeping for almost two days!!! Mom is freaking out, she's calling every doctor she knows! Wake the fuck up" Her voice was incredibly annoyed but her eyes told me a whole different story, she was scared, just like me. She kept on shaking my body with her tinny arms.
"Listen I'm okay, don't worry I was just too tired, see?" I pinched my arm and the skin around it turned red, that must have meant that I was truly alive, although it seemed that I wasn't convincing her but instead I was convincing myself that my body did belong to my soul and vice versa.
I rubbed my eyes and got out of bed, I could see mom and dad's long talk ahead of the road.
I slowly walked to my parents room, I was afraid my legs would stop responding to my commands since they felt like jelly.
"Are you okay? You scared us!" My mom yelled as hard as her lung would allow.
"Ouch! it's too soon for screaming mom. Don't worry I'm okay, I was just too worn out" I tried to sound as convincing as I could, and her yelling wasn't helping.
"What do you mean early?! Its 6pm!" Oh shit! I guess I did overslept, I took a look around the room and realized that the blinding light didn't came from the huge windows that functioned as walls, but it came for a big crystal chandelier that was suspended in the middle of the room.
The chandelier remained me of the little diamond droplets on the forest, and everything came back at the same time a powerful lightning crushed a tree not too far from our yard.
"Its going to rain, we have to get the dogs inside, run A!"
Yeah like I could run! I stared at her with mocking eyes.
"If I could run I would but I'm too sore" I apologetically said
"Okay don't worry ill do it" she said and then gave me a kiss on the forehead and quickly ran to the backyard.
After what I thought would have been a long talk about how I shouldn't sleep so much, or whatever they came up with I slowly walked back into my room.
As I passed the bathroom I had an amazing idea, a hot shower would help my muscles relax and maybe my headache would stop.
I took all of my clothes off and discovered a big bruise on my right knew, just on the knee I fell a day or maybe two days ago, it was a deep blue with little hints of yellow around it, I harshly touched it to confirm its reality, and hell was it real!
Ignoring my bruise I turned the tap to the hot section, the boiling water started flowing and steaming the whole bathroom. What could have been better right now than a hot shower and the sound of rain.
I walked inside, first my right leg, the burning water covered my whole leg and relaxed every muscle of it. I decided to go all in, but it was too damn hot, I retracted my body and my muscles resented the movement.
I extended my hand to the water and splashed it all over my back, when I was used to the boiling water I threw myself inside it.
The water kept on pouring to my skin, it was so relaxing. I took my time and even washed my hair.
