I'm blasting Arctic Monkeys as I drive on the highway towards New York. I have a surprise for someone. I turn left by the green light and I see my destination. It's a big sorority home with lots of trees. Perfect. I park just far enough so they don't see me and I grab my stuff. This is going to be fun.

-------------------------

I hear their voices screeching as they run outside. I have a hard time trying not to smile.

'What the fuck is this, Liv? Do you know this guy?' I hear the first voice say.

'Why the fuck should I know him?' I hear a voice I recognise as Liv saying.

'Because there's a note with "I've never lied to you, why did you lie to me? To: Liv." around his neck along with the rope.' I hear the footsteps slowly coming closer and I feel a hand around my wrist.

'Is he really dead?' I hear Liv asking. I suddenly grab the hand and I hear the girls screaming. I quickly undo myself of the rope around my neck and jump out if the tree.

'What the fuck is this?' I see Liv's face full of horror and I can't help myself, but smile. She gestures the other girl, who looks very lost, to leave us alone. When she's gone, the expression on Liv's face changes. Mine does not.

'What kind of sick joke is this, pretending you're dead. What the fuck is wrong with you?' She looks at me like she has me. Like she won something.

'I know right? Pretending to be dead. It's a sick, sadistic joke. Right?' Her expression changes again. Is it bad that I'm enjoying this?

'Who the fuck are you?' She asks, scared.

'You know goddamn well who I am. Ethan Grant Dolan. 19 years old now. Your first real love. Already ringing any bells?' I come closer to her, but not the creepy kind. Just close enough so she can see my eyes. I see recognition in hers and she sighs.

'Ethan, I needed a new start. I couldn't handle it anymore.' This is the thing I didn't expect. At all. I'm mad. No, I'm furious.

'You needed a new start?' I start to tear up. 'Do you even know what you've done to me?'

'I didn't plan it like this.' She backs away when I take a step closer to her.

'You didn't plan it like this, Liv.' I take a deep breathe. 'Let me tell you what you've done to me.'

'Ethan, not here please. They'll hear everything.' She anxiously looks around her.

'Do I look like I fucking give a damn? Take a seat, because this is going to take a while.'

Liv grabs the first chair she can reach, which is an old chair with green stuff on it, and places it right in front of me.

'Never thought this was going to happen.' She tries to joke, but it's the most horrible moment you can choose. I'll let it slip.

'Are you ready?' I ask her and she nods.

'Well, let's begin with that moment you 'jumped'.'
