Ethan POV
It had already been a day since r/n showed up at our doorstep. Elijah still wasn't happy about him staying here but he has adjusted to living 3 long days with this guy. Suddenly someone rang our door bell "I'll get it!" I yelled then went to the door opening it, a police officer stood there holding a note pad and a pen "um hello sir" I said rubbing the back of my neck. He looked at me "hello may I ask you a few questions?" I nodded and he showed me a picture of r/n "do you know this guy?" I felt my hands getting sweaty "yes, yes I do sir" he raised an eyebrow "is he a friend of yours?"

I heard someone come down the stairs and I looked back to see Sub who froze and looked at me "what's going on?" The cop looked at Sub "I am looking for this guy" he showed Sub the picture "I'm sorry sir but I don't know that guy" the cop looked at me then back at Sub "your friend here says he knows him" Sub gave a weak smile "um he is one of his friends not mine" the cop sighed "may I come into the house?" I nodded letting him in closing the door behind him. Sub turned and ran upstairs not wanting to be involved.

Sub's POV
I quickly ran to Elijah's room and found him and y/n laying in bed together holding each other close. I muttered and went over to Elijah shaking him to wake him up "wha?" He looked up at me rubbing his eyes "Elijah the cops are here!" He was instantly up and looking at me "what?! Are they looking for r/n?" I nodded and Elijah ran out of the room and was about to run downstairs but I grabbed him by the arm "no! The cop is down there and he will see you. We have to get r/n out the back before the y find him!" Elijah nodded going down another flight of stairs in the house and into the basement.

We found r/n sleeping on his mattress and Elijah quickly grabbed him waking him up "come on buddy time for you to go" he quickly pushed him towards a door. I watched the basement door then started flattening out the air mattress and getting rid of any evidence that someone was sleeping down here. Elijah had finally gotten r/n out of the house and I had cleaned up the area r/n was sleeping in then we ran back upstairs. Elijah and I stopped at his room "let's go down" I nodded following Elijah and saw the cop was still questioning Ethan.

He looked at us "there you guys are, he was just about to go search the house" Ethan looked at us with a hopeful look and I gave him a small nod making sure the cop didn't see "alright I want to start in the basement" we all followed him into the basement and he quickly moved through the house not finding any sign that r/n was here. Finally he left and we all cheered "good job guys you got him out just in time" Elijah and I smiled at each other. Suddenly Denis, Alex, and Braden came down the stairs and looked at us "what did we miss?" Asked Alex rubbing his head "oh nothing, just a cop looking for r/n but we got him out in time" Ethan said smiling. They all nodded and we went back to our everyday lives.

Elijah's POV
I went back upstairs to my room to see y/n still peacefully asleep in my bed. I smiled and laid down next to her wrapping my arms around her but I accidentally woke her up, she turned to look at me and smiled and I smiled back "hey" she didn't say hi back, instead she kissed me putting her hands on my neck and I moved my hands down to her waist pulling her body against mine. I smiled as we kissed and I felt her smile too, I deepened the kiss while she ran her fingers through my hair. I broke the kiss and laid there looking into her hazel eyes and smiled "I love you y/n" she kissed my forehead "I love you too Elijah"

I smiled and kissed her again grabbing her and moving her so she was sitting on my lap while I sat against the backboard of the bed. She wrapped her arms around my neck while I placed my hands on her waist again. Suddenly my phone rang and I broke the kiss and reached over grabbing my phone and answering it "hello?" I smiled when y/n leaned into me kissing my neck placing her hands on my chest then wrapping them around me.
"Hello is this Elijah?"
"Yes is is, who is this?"
"Hey Elijah! It's me r/n (it's a girl)"
I looked at y/n when she sat back on my lap when she heard the girl on the phone. I put my hand over the speaker on my phone "it's okay it's just a friend and she has a boyfriend" I felt y/n relax a bit and smiled pulling her towards me letting her rest on my chest running my fingers through her hair while I answered back into the phone
"Hey r/n! What's up? It's been a while since we talked!"
"Yeah it has, Elijah I wanted to ask you a question"
"Alright what's the question"
"Would you come to my wedding?"
