mmm this is based off the gc explaimed from the previous chapter and bc my hands were covered in paint last night (aka the source of how i came up with it)
new!!! hc!!! Pent can play piano!! He used to play it around Shelby and she would sing!! And like he never really sang but she always tried getting him to sing!! But like after she died/disappeared he just?? stopped completely. Never saw the reason to continue. It just??? never sounded correct without her voice,,, it jist sounded,,, empty,,, Also?? Hr started singing afterwards too to make up the fact its so quiet now and bc she always wanted him to. Also bc he misses her singing a lot.
Sometimes you can catch him humming or quietly singing, especially her favourite song (my friend said she thought of "Cant help falling in love with you" when I told her this so do what you will with this info lmao)
hskabcksbckshcjskjsks Pents theme and the Cursive series made me come up with this bc theres piano music in all of them and they just??? sound rlly sad at points??? (theres actually a lot more too aaaaa (like illusions and lost medal but those are more upbeat tho lost medal still kinda sounds sad djsjjg))
