chapter 10

So Junior is having a little cook out at his house today even though I honestly don't want to go, i have to. Tiyah and Riah are here and Jay are on their way. Kajai is helping Ky get ready and I just got out the shower. I brushed my hair into a half up half down bun. I did my makeup and then went into closet and pulled out a white button up shirt and some ripped Jeans and white heels. Nothing to fancy or over the top i grabbed my purse and went downstairs and saw everybody waiting on me.

"Baby you ready to go" Kajai asked me and I nodded holding Ky hand and walking with him to the car.

Once I got him buckled in we drove out the drive way and headed to Juniors house. "Ight baby what we talk about this morning" he asked, I just huffed and crossed my arms.

"I have to be nice and I have to speak to everyone, talk to everyone and try to at least have a conversation with everyone but I can't be a smart ass" then he smiled at me and leaned over and gave me a kiss making me smile.

Once we made it to Juniors house Ky unbuckled himself and ran into the house. Then we walked in and I gave Jhéda a hug and kiss and then I saw Skylar and I went over to do the same.

"I haven't seen you in so long baby how have you been" I asked her and she nodded.

"I've been OK since Yani having another baby my momma wanna come back into my life now and be a good mother in her words but my dad won't let that happen and I don't want to see her" she said shrugging I mean I understand where she coming from.

If my momma was still alive and she was a deadbeat mom like hers I wouldn't want to see her either. I gave her another hug and Ky came over to me I picked him up giving him a kiss. Then Yani and Jude came in the living room and I looked at them but didn't say anything then Tiyah came and sat by me with a crying Riah.

"See you need to stop messing with my niece making her cry and shit" I said taking Riah and giving her a bunch if kisses. I told Ky to go get me some tissue so I could wipe her nose.

"Look Lil bitch I didn't do nothing to her that was Jay taking her candy and shit" she said mean mugging me then Jay and Kajai came in the house and I saw the sucker in Jay's and I went over to him and snatched it away. "Fuck wrong with you taking my niece candy like that making her cry"

I gave Riah back her candy and she ran off with all the other kids now it was beyond awkward because all the adults just sitting here not saying nothing. Well me and Tiyah was talking showing each other pictures and shit. Then I felt Kajai hand on my leg and he squeezed my thigh looking at me. I rolled my eyes putting my phone in my purse.

"I'm bored Ju I thought this was a party you know I'm anti" Tiyah said making me and Junior both looked at her.

"Girl shut up you not anti and you bored because y'all all petty ass fuck" then I looked at him and rolled my eyes. "Yes Monroe I'm talking about you" he said and I flipped him off

"I just don't see why y'all want me to be the one to say something they got mouths too" I said looking at them, they just looked at me like I killed 100 people.

"Well maybe if you stop ignoring us and acting like stuck up new and improved bitch you were the one left everybody not the other way around, without even tell my brother he had a kid who the fuck are you to keep that right from him then on top of it all we tried talking to you but you always acting funny" Yani said like I was supposed to flinch.

"One let's clear this shit up your brother left not me and I had every right Ky wasn't even born when your brother left was I right for keeping them from each other no I wasn't but I have apologized To Kajai I don't have too apologize to you that's one thing I don't have to do and two y'all brought y'all asses in my house and tried to jump me even though y'all was both pregnant so don't come at me with that bullshit" I said but she didn't say anything.

I don't know who she thinks she is, she acting like I took her unborn child from her. Like damn she all on my neck I had told them both before today I forgive them but I have nothing to say to either of them. The guys just let us talked and I looked at Jude.

"what you got to say so I can clear that up to" I asked crossing my legs and cupping my hands. She just shook her head and rubbed her belly.

"I have nothing to say I'm tired of this shit if you're not going to accept our apologies what's the point in us going back and forth I'm 6 almost 7 months pregnant I don't have time for this shit I have a 4 year old daughter I said it before and this is the last time I'm saying this I'm sorry for coming into your home and starting shit I should have respected your choices but I refuse to keep going back and forth either you forgive us or you don't either we cool and family again or we not I don't have time for this anymore what's it gonna be if not then please get the fuck out my house and yes I mean everybody" she said and we all looked at her and Yani shrugged and Kajai gripped my thigh. He looked at me with a stern look and then looked at everybody else.

"This shit is done we all family put all this shit behind us I have my son and my girl I'm tired of y'all bullshit all of us are, so suck this shit up y'all cool no more comments needed and I mean that shit Monroe" he said giving me a look I nodded and he gave me another look. "say that shit verbally" I mumbled and he gripped my chin making me look him in the eyes.

"Ight damn I heard you" I said moving his hands away from me and he nodded.  Then Junior got up and helped Jude up and said "Now let's eat".

I guess there's no more problems.

I know I haven't been updating this book but fr are y'all still feeling this book. I feel like its not as good as the other one what y'all think. 🤔
