chapter 2

It's been 2 days I don't even know what's going on right now. I know my baby saying these men keep following him and it's everyday. I keep getting bullshit notification like 'be ready' and 'your time coming' like really. I can't stand people all I'm trying to do is live life with my baby. But it's the weekend and I'm taking my baby to the mall to buy him some new clothes. I was getting him ready and I was fixing him some food till I heard car doors closing outside. I told Ky to go upstairs and shut and lock his door. I don't know who is out there or where these notifications coming from either. I heard the door close and I went up to the door.

"Who is it" I asked threw the door but there was another knock. I grabbed a gun from the closet and opened to door. I saw Yani, Jude, Tywan and Junior

"I told y'all let's go y'all don't listen" Tywan said pulling Yani arm. "Nah she about to hear what i have to say" I just looked at them then looked upstairs.

"Look Junior your nephew and my son is here so can y'all please do this maybe on a school day" I ask about to shut the door. But a foot came threw and opened it back up. Yani came in and sat on the couch "you know what I don't get hoes like you, y'all use these niggas for their money have a child then leave them y'all dirty you know that Monroe, or should I say Megan" I turned and looked at her and crossed my arms. " I have gotten better because I have a son y'all have kids to so when I say this y'all should understand my SON is here I'm not about to argue with y'all please get the fuck out my house " Then Yani started laughing. I was looking at her like she was crazy like what was funny.

"Now you trying to hype up like bitch I been waiting to beat yo ass you know I used to think she's going to call me she going to want to talk that's my girl" then she got up and slapped me. I Don't know what happened but I saw red it's like the old me came out. I started punching her in the face blow after blow then I felt someone pull my hair and start hitting me in the face. Then I felt some kicks being thrown I heard a big bang and everything stopped. I looked and saw Kajai with a gun outside pointing towards the sky and I saw Junior had Jude and Tywan had Yani. "MOMMA YOU BLEEDING" I looked up and saw my baby at the stairs with tears running down his face. It broke my heart into a million pieces to see him like that. I rushed over to him and he kept touching my hair and face.

"Momma they hurt you" I shook and head and held him close to me. "No baby don't cry I'm OK see I'm smiling look" he looked at me and played with my curls.  Then he looked and saw everybody else and Junior came over to us.

"Hey Lil man what I tell you about crying" he asked as Ky started to wipe his face. "That crying is for pussy niggas" I heard a chuckle and the words 'my son' being mumbled behind me. But I slapped Junior in the back of the head. " Yea but those are bad words so don't say that anymore OK but boys don't Cry especially in front of their moms" Ky nodded his head and wiped his fave clean of tears and then hugged me.

"Momma can we take a nap together" I laughed and kissed his head. "Yea baby go upstairs to my room and let me get cleaned up first OK I'll be up there" I said tapping his but as he walked upstairs. I huffed and looked at junior "Stop fucking cussing around him damn" he looked at me with a shocked face and thumped my head. I got up and went into the bathroom then I heard yelling.  I walked back in the living room and saw Kajai and junior  yelling at everybody.

"WE TOLD Y'ALL MY SON WAS HERE AND Y'ALL DAMN NEPHEW Y'ALL DON'T LISTEN I KNOW SHE WAS GOING THREW SOME STUFF BUT Y'ALL WANNA HYPE UP AND SHIT" he screamed and I just stood there. All these thoughts running threw my head like damn he look good shit. I snapped when I seen all them looking at me.

"Well Um y'all can go I guess we good here by ourselves" I said as I walked upstairs "Lock the door on y'all way out" I said with so much attitude because right now I'm threw the roof. I'm pissed, I told them my son was here I told them I didn't want to argue or fight but they just don't understand English. I went into my room and saw Ky already knocked out. Just like his daddy

"I love you Ky'Mire and mommy won't let nobody and I mean nobody hurt you not even your daddy" then I closed my eyes but looked at him when he rolled and hugged me close to him. He will always be a mommas baby

I woke up and didn't see Ky next to me. I looked at the clock and started freaking out. I ran to his room and I didn't see him then I ran downstairs I didn't see him either. It was like 5:30 how could we sleep that long well me. I picked up my phone and called Junior

"AYE Mo wasssup"

"I can't find my baby I woke up he wasn't there"

"What the fuck you mean you can't find him"

"I looked everywhere I know he wouldn't go outside by himself he know better"

"OK OK chill I coming OK just chill out OK"

"I can't find-.... wait I just heard a door outside" I put the phone down and I heard little feet. I opened the door and saw Kajai and Ky'Mire with ice cream and bags. I rushed over and picked Ky up and held he tightly crying.

"Momma what's wrong" I put him down and glared and them. "Don't do that to me I was scared I couldn't find you Ky next time wake me up OK"

"Well momma you were sleeping so good I didn't mess with you" I sighed and kneeled down to his level. He had ice cream all over him and a ice cream cone in his hand. "Well next time tell me how about you go upstairs and get ready to take a bath OK" he nodded and I took the ice cream and threw it away. He ran his little self upstairs and I turned to Kajai glaring.

"What the fuck is wrong with you I almost had a heart attack I couldn't find my baby YOU don't take him ANYWHERE without telling ME first that's my son I need to know where he's at all the time" I said he put the bags down and nodded his head.

"So I'm gone for 4 years I didn't even know I had a son so don't EVER talk like I didn't want him cause if I knew your dumb ass was pregnant I would have never left so don't come slick talking me with that bullshit" he said getting in my face. I pushed him back and he stumbled a little

"IF YOU KNEW I WAS PREGNANT YOU WOULD HAVE STAYED I DIDN'T WANT YOU THINKING I'M TRYING TO TIE YOU TO A BABY WHEN HE DON'T FUCKING NEED YOU" I screamed in his face he pushed me a little but I gained my stepping and pushed him back.

"WELL BITCH IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME -"

"OH SO I'M A BITCH NOW FUCK YOU KAJAI GET THE FUCK OUT MY HOUSE" I scream about to walk away. He grabbed my arm and pulled me into his chest.

"Let me tell you how this is going go I'm going be in my son's life I'm going see him tomorrow, the day after that, and however many days I want, you not going to keep me from my son or I'm going to find a way to take him from you" I pushed him as tears started coming to my eyes. "You can't do that I'm his momma you can't take him from me if you wanna see him sure but you can't take him from me" he let go of me and turned putting his hands on the wall. He turned back around and pulled me to him hugging me.

"Why you didn't tell me baby girl" I cried and wrapped my arms around him. I missed him so much I didn't even realize how much until now. "I told you why " I pulled away from him and wiped my face.

"Look I have to go to work so you can leave I have to take Ky to his babysitter" he looked at me and then had this look on his face. "I'll watch him" I nodded my head because I only had an hour to get ready. I rushed upstairs and took a hot shower and did my hair. I put on my clothes and went into Ky room and saw them playing the game.

"Bye momma"

"bye baby see you later OK" I said giving him a kiss and looked at Kajai and walked out.

On the way to work.
