Chapter 3

*Zayn's POV*

Ok so I just punched Alex's Ex-boyfriend and I kissed her. Now I'm taking her to the cinema, dinner, arcade, and then frozen-yogurt. Hmm she's not like the other girls I've gone out with. I chuckle a little more as I think about everything she doesn't do that other girls do.

 "What's so funny?" she asked. "I was just thinking about how you're not like the other girls I've met." I answered "So, I'm guessing that's a bad thing?" she asked. "No, it's a good thing. You're different and I like different, anymore questions love?" I responded. it looked like she was starting to blush when I called her love but then she started to laugh. "Ok, now why are you laughing?" I asked while chuckling. "First you take me out to my game, now on a date, and you call me 'love', how cheesy can you get?" she asked trying to stop laughing.  "Shit. How'd you know this is a date?" I asked. She laughed "um maybe because my mum texted me."

***Messages***

Mum: "Honey, what's your idea of a perfect first date? Zayn wants to know, I asked your sister and she didn't know."

Alex: "Why didn't he ask me himself?"

Mum: "He said he was too embarrassed to ask."

Alex: "ha-ha XD. Ok well um  go-karting, movie, dinner, and arcade."

*Alex's POV*

After I was done, reading Zayn the messages, laughing, and him blushing of embarrassment. About 15 minutes past by and we made it to the theater. We went up to the ticket dude and I am suspecting it wont go well.

"Hello Miss." he said flirtatiously. I knew this wasn't going to turn out well. "Um.. hey random ticket guy,two tickets for-" I was about to finish but Zayn interrupted me "Divergent. Two tickets for Divergent." I gasp, "oh my gosh seriously !!" I shouted. "yeah I'm serious" Zayn replied chuckling.

The ticket guy who's name is Leo (I read his nametag) he gave me a ticket and as I was about to pay, he told me it was on the house. Then I went in line and a minute later Zayn joined me, he looked annoyed for some reason.

I went on my tippy toes pecked his cheek and whispered in his ear, "thank you Zayn." After that he didn't seem to mad, he actually kinda smiled.  "No problem" Zayn whispered to me.

*2 hour Later*

"Oh my gosh ! I knew that movie would be amazing!!" I said excitedly then quickly hugged him. "This has been amazing day, thank you Zayn." Then I walked out side to the car.

*Zayn's POV*

Did she just actually hug me?! I never thought she'd actually hug somebody. Ever since we were kids she's never really hug anybody. She was probably just really excited, I shouldn't think too much of it though. I highly doubt it'll ever happen again.

She walked out of the cinema, I'm assuming to the car. Apparently I was right, I saw her walking to my car and now is my chance to get my revenge for every time she pranked me in the past.

So I started running up to her, I looked away from her for a second and she disappeared. So I just continued walking to the car and as I was about to open the door ...................................................... She jumped out of nowhere!

"What the hell is wrong with you!!" I shouted at her. She let go of me and had a laughing fit. "You should know I'm almost impossible to sneak up on like that" she responded while laughing. "I hate you SO much right now." I said "good, I don't care if you or anyone else likes me." she said mocking my tone of voice. "You're so strange at times. But anyway what do you want to eat?" I asked "Panda Express!" she said excitedly. "Excited much?" I replied sarcastically. "Meh, kinda." she said 

*3 hours Later*

"Ready to go Alex?" I asked "yeah I guess." She seemed tired and I don't blame her. We've been out since 3:30 this afternoon and it's almost 10:30. But I know that Ashlynn will be home, so I'm just gonna hope she's asleep.

*15 minutes later*

We finally made it back to her place and I don't see any lights on, so that's a good thing. I parked the car in the driveway and about too get out, when I noticed she's asleep. How the hell does she fall asleep so quickly we were only driving for like 15 minutes!

"Alex, love, wake up you're home." I whispered in her ear. She started to wake up and she yawned. She has an adorable yawn, she sounds like a kitten when she yawns. "I don't care, just let me sleep" she mumbled.

*Alex's POV*

 "I don't care, just let me sleep" I mumbled. I cant believe he actually thinks I'm asleep, I was at first but I woke up 5 minutes ago. I am way too evil at times. Except I do have a reason for this, I know Ash is still awake I'm just waiting for her to race out here, cling onto Zayn and forget I'm in the car. (It happened before it'll happen again. -_-) 

All of a sudden I hear a car door open and feel the warm-ish air hit me and then I feel somebody poking my face then I hear a deep voice whisper "Alex wake up.". Since this person thinks its funny to poke me the first chance I get I'm gonna bite their finger. 

*Ash's POV*

"Mom where are they?! It's almost 11:00 !" I yelled "I don't know dear, they'll probably be here any second." she shouted back. Suddenly I see a car's headlights, but nobody come out of the car for a minute. So I'd have an excuse to go out there I shouted "Mom they're home, I'm gonna go help Zayn wake up Alex!" "ok, remember don't claw her again!" she replied." that was once, it was an unintentional accident !" and with that I left the house.

When I get out there I see a few sights I'd never thought I'd ever see !!!! 1 Alex awake after a car ride and 2 Alex and Zayn play fighting in the yard. "eh hem," I said then they stopped "am I interrupting something?" "No but you just saved my ass from this idiot" Alex said pointing to Zayn "yeah right, you loved it." he replied then stuck his tongue out at her. I couldn't help but roll my eyes at them. I grabbed Alex's right wrist with my left one.(A/N that's a proper way to drag a person, I am actually picky on how to drag a person) "you know, you're way too picky when it comes to dragging ." I said kind of annoyed. "Ash I've told you a million times, I don't care what you think about me." she responded "whatever" I said rolling my eyes "but you really should."

*Zayn's POV*

After listening to Alex and Ashlynn argue for a few minutes about something, we went back inside the house. I was nervous to tell everyone my decision but at the same time I want EVERYBODY to know!

"Zayn can we talk?" Alex asked. "Sure, what do you need?" I replied "not here, I need to talk to you in private." She sounded serious, "ok, your room?" I suggested. She then started up the stairs and I followed her every step

We got to her room and we sat on her bed. After a minute of awkward silence I finally asked "What'd you wanna talk about?" "Us" she stated "what about us?" I asked in confusion "I don't think there should be an us. I think you should pick Ashlynn." she explained sounding quite serious. "What!?" I blurted out.

HAHAHAHAHAHA cliff hanger !!! please don't kill me for this cliff hanger, I've been sick for the last week. But I'll try to get another chapter up in the near future.
